Great job. Looked good for sale. I have used this provider for everything from cleaning and re-staining my grungy deck to adjusting door weatherproofing and re-caulking a shower door. He has also done a wonderful front porch renovation and bathroom renovation for my daughter. I am presently talking with Herb Coulter about building a deck on our new home. This guy is very talented and makes sure the job gets done right for a fair price. I will definitely use his company in the future.

Mr. Coulter arrived promptly, as promised, and proceeded to repair the deck where we had heavy wear and damage. He started to wash the deck by hand, but switched to a power washer. (We have a rather large deck and it was stinking HOT that week!) After thoroughly cleaning the deck, taking care to make sure that most every speck of dirt and mold was removed, he gave it a couple of days to dry. He then came back and stained the deck. I don't know a harder worker than Herb Coulter. He is also very good at communication and making sure that I was completely satisfied with his work before he took the final payment. I would recommend him and his company highly. In fact, my daughter had some major problems for Herb and his team to solve at her home. She was more than satisfied with the results and recommended The Remodeling Company to me!

Herb, the owner was great from the beginning. He came out and gave me an estimate with great attention to detail. He even recognized that the color of the siding might be difficult to match and suggested a few options and vendors where he could go. It ended up being a perfect match. The old door location and the new one both look great. It is very difficult to tell where the old door was located. The new door is great. Herb was on time and cleaned up so that it was hard to even know he had been there except for the fact that he helped fix a major problem in the kitchen by completing this change.
