After talking with the manager I explained that I work and the earliest I could get there was 5pm. They're open late two evenings a week and I was advised that wouldn't be a problem. They fully explained the treatment along with pre and post-treatment info and the number of treatments I would need (I think it was 4 or 5). This would be spread out over several weeks/months due to they cycle of hair growth. I decided to sign up for laser hair removal of my bikini area. There is a ton of paperwork to be signed and I left pretty happy. Well those appts after 5pm are limited and I didn't begin until a week or two after I'd signed up and paid in full. I realized that to get those limited late appts I needed to pre-book. In general they really only want you to book one appt in advance but I am a busy woman and explained that I rarely cancel hair, manicure or pedicaure appointments so I doubted I would have to cancel. I believe they do this so they will have some open spots for new customers to get in relatively quickly. I never cancelled an appt with them. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 5pm appt but waited approximately until 5:20 to be seen. When I asked when I would be seen the front desk advised very soon and they reminded me that they are a medical facility. I loved my technician (I'm not sure if she was an LPN or CNA but I knew she had the medical certification). She was very professional and made me at ease baring my all! By the end of my laser "package" I was thrilled with the results. Over the last year some hair has come back but it is very sparse and I probably need a follow up treatment or two. Overall the staff advised me very clearly on expectations and adverse reactions as part of my signing up. The person performing the procedure professional and very nice. If you require appts 5pm or later, my only caveat is to tell them you need to pre-book all your appts before you sign the contract. You may get some push back and explanations why they don't want you to do it, but I think they will oblige you if it means signing on the dotted line. I would definitely use this facility again and I do recommend them to others. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I was in and out of the office in a reasonable time. They saw me on time. They were private, compassionate, patient and had a clear knowledge of the process.
Description of Work: I had restalane (spelling?) injections and this was the first time I had injections without pain. They did a much better job than I have ever had done by a plastic surgeon.

I have had two of the four treatments i signed up for. It is going well and i see significant improvement. I have gone somewhere else before and it was not nearly as nice. Sona spent a lot of time and attention to do a good job. It was much more comfortable than the other provider i used in the past.
