They did a wonderful job, were very accommodating on the schedule and my carpets have continued to look great over the past month. They got out a lot of stains in my daughter's bedroom. Will definitely use them in the future!

The owner and associate showed up on time and cleaned 1000 ft of carpet and living room furniture. they completed the work in under 2 hours.They were very professional and removed stains from the carpet that other vendors said they could not remove. We were very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. They were very punctual, extremely pleasant,, and did an excellent job of cleaning both off-white recliners and the area rug. They were very careful during the cleaning process and were confident nothing would damage the high-gloss wood floors (they were right!) Everything looks terrific.

They were they only company to call me back quickly and they set up a time to come even though it was a Saturday. They worked h****** some old stains and did a great job making the carpet look better. The pews looked brand new! Since some of the stains came back to the surface after drying, Simply Clean came back on Monday and worked on them again. They really did try on all those stubborn stains and the carpet looked much better. Since it was the week before Easter, we were especially grateful for their professionalism and plan to call them again for our next carpet cleaning!

Arrived promptly, did work, were candid about what stains might not be removed. Neat, clean. Overall good experience. We had a bit of difficulty connecting initially over the time, but once we resolved that, there were no issues at all.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've had Trent / Simply Clean clean our carpet. Trent is very professional, and does a great job cleaning the carpet. He uses a truck mounted steam cleaning system, that uses a rotating head instead of the standard carpet cleaning wand. The head has brushes which I think do a better job of cleaning the carpet, and it extracts the water just like normal. He always takes his time to remove any stains and arrives on time. Our daughter once spilled a can a salsa on our beige carpet, and Trent was able to completely remove the stain. We've used another top rated carpet cleaner from Angie's list, but we've been much happier with the results of Simply Clean. We highly recommend this company.

After a terrible experience with Stanley Steemer, I called Simply Clean. I couldn't be happier. I had two love seats that had been in storage for a long time. They were choked with dust and my vacuum was certainly no match for the cleaning they needed! Now they look almost like new and the rugs look really good too. Trent and Kenny did a great job and I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they worked together. The price was very reasonable considering the outcome exceeded my expectations. Use these guys and I bet you'll be glad you did.

Outstanding service. They were on time, very professional, and quick. The carpets look almost brand new. They got up all stains and treated pet stains with a deep cleaner as well. The carpets smell clean and look amazing. Will use again as needed and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. I have used other carpet cleaners and was very pleased with Simply Clean. Simply clean has moved to the top in my opinion over other local cleaners. They have very good pricing as well.

Trent warned me that a wool rug might not come completely clean, but, if you didn't know there had been a red wine stain on the rug, you wouldn't know it was there. Did a great job. Both he and ken were professional and prompt.

Trent and Ken showed up and went right to work.. One set the equipment up while the other pre-sprayed the items to be cleaned. The oldest chair was in good condition but had the water stain. It was cleaned first and within 10 to 15 minutes I could see the stain being removed. This chair looks like new. The other chairs and the ottoman were than cleaned and also look like new. When they were finished the scent of citris was in the room and they finished within an hour. I had Trent look at a room that was carpeted and was destined for a pool table and I asked him if he could make the carpeting look much better than it currently did. I had cleaned it myself about a year ago and Trent told me that he felt that he could not do a lot more to it. I totally appreciated his honesty. They were very courteous and honest and I would use them again.

I called and they came out the same day. The price for cleaning our L Shaped couch was reasonable. I would use in the future. Our couch was not pretreated after we bought it. It is a cream/white color so they did the best that they could. I was happy that it turned out pretty well despite how hard it is to keep that color looking clean.

Cleaning appointment went great. We had bought a deal for couch and chair cleaning, and added on getting the ottoman cleaned as well. Showed up, got right to work and were finished in no time at all. The living room looks great now! We would definitely use this company again. Thanks!

Cort and Matt arrived early (after calling to confirm that it was okay with me), and proceeded to promptly clean my family room furniture. They did an excellent job, and were fast, efficient, and as a bonus, personable and friendly. My experience was great. The furniture looked and smelled great afterwards. I will say that if you have very stained furniture, (I had some dinginess in high wear areas on the chairs), don't expect a complete miracle. But my furniture was almost as good as new.

Trent was extremely prossional. My vacuum had broken so they vacuumed for me before shampooing. I had some spots including some old sillyputty and they removed it all! The carpet looks great. I will not wait so long for my next cleaning. Great job

Awesome!! I have an office with carpet that's 10+ years old.... they took white-that-had-gone-grey carpet and made it almost white again! I was told up front that they didn't think the office was going to clean up very well and I said, "just give me the best that you can".... WOW. It looks great considering. The family room looks FANTASTIC! They went over it again and again to ensure the spots were removed. VERY pleased with the job done. I won't call anyone else in the future! Passed a card on to my sister who was 'wow-ed' by the work done. Her house is on the market and she will more than likely give a call to spruce things up a bit.

Everything looks fabulous! Trent and Kenny arrived within the allotted one hour and were extremely professional. They looked over the areas needing assistance and Trent gave me a price. Of course as they were here I added in some things but they did not pressure me. They work efficiently as a team. I would highly recommend them!

The cleaners were practically through cleaning 2 rooms before I was able to get home. I had left instructions that the carpets were to be steam cleaned with enzyme cleaner (an extra $45) and that complete steam recovery was to be used. The cleaner lied to my face, saying that the rugs were steamed clean - although the swirl marks from the hot water cleaner were obvious. There was enough water and soap residue left in one room that I slid across the floor when I went in. Five hours have passed and that particular carpet is still wet. When I put down a towel and stood on it, brown footprints were visible on the towel. There is a sticky residue on both carpets. I have never seen such an unprofessional job. Having them come back to "fix" the problems is the last thing I want.

I decided to give Simply Clean a call based on the recommendation of a friend. I have used different cleaners in the past with mixed results and wanted to find a new company. I couldn't be happier with my decision. When I contacted Simply Clean I spoke with Trent the owner who went over my needs and explained the process they use. He gave me a quote to clean and we scheduled an appt for a couple of days later. The day of the appt he arrived on time. We went over the concerns i had on the carpets from the kids. The cleaning took a couple of hours. After he was done the carpets look great all the stains were gone. The sofa and chair also cleaned up well. I would highly recommend Simply Clean to my friends and family. Trent was prompt and professional and the cleaning was great!!
