There were 2 men who came to clean my carpet. They were courteous, professional and did a first-rate job. I stayed in my bedroom with my 2 cats and they did everything including moving all the furniture. All I had to do was sign the receipt after they were done. I couldn't believe the difference in my carpet or how quickly they finished the job.

They cleaned our carpets the day before they moved in to our home. Scheduling with them was very easy, and they were able to get everything done without needing me to be there. They were very professional and friendly, and the carpets looked great!

In the craziness of moving I forgot to schedule them. I called the day before and they were so accommodating and got in right after closing. When we did the walk through there was evidence of old pet pee in one of the bedrooms. The worker got down on the floor and stuck is face in the carpet and smelled it!!! He told me that there really isn't any odor and must be old and have been poorly cleaned a long time ago. He said they would do their best to get rid of the stain... and they did! Also I overpaid on Angie's List as I over estimated our square footage. They offered me 1) money back 2) stain prevention treatment 3) an follow cleaning credit to use later. Very honest and did great work.

Scheduling the cleaning was an absolute breeze and handled over the phone. I had used Simply Clean once before and, with small children, the need for a thorough cleaning of our family room sectional was very much needed. They were prompt, professional, and thorough, and our sofa looked almost new. They are 2 for 2 in terms of a satisfied customer here.

Great job by the Simply Clean team. They were on-time, very nice and professional, and did a beautiful job on our carpets. The moving of some furniture to clean underneath was a nice extra touch, and their pricing is competitive. We will definitely call them again next time we need a carpet cleaning.

This vendor cleaned carpets throughout the home. Previous occupants had neglected some of the carpets, and I decided to have the carpets cleaned, although I believed that some rooms of carpet would have to be replaced. This service was easily scheduled and the reps arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They were professional in demeanor, and proved to be extremely competent. They went above and beyond in their efforts to revive those area that were extremely soiled and stained. The carpets looked great, and in the end none needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend this group for any carpet cleaning needs. I certainly plan on using them again!! Great staff, great service, great results!

Good job. Carpet definitely looked better afterwards. Service provider was honest in telling us some darker areas would still be slightly visible due to the age and light color of the carpet. We appreciated their honesty.

It went very well. This is the third time I've used Simply Clean for my carpets. As with my prior two experiences I was very happy with the service provided. I have actually added Simply Clean to my phone contacts to ensure that I never loose their number! They are the best! I am also going to try them for tile/grout cleaning in my new home.

Simply Clean came and cleaned the carpets at a rental property that had been left in disarray by a tenant. They not only scheduled a cleaning time within two days of my initial call but they kept in contact with me, showed up on time, and did a FANTASTIC job. Very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to any and all who need their carpets cleaned. In fact, my property manager was so impressed with their work that she will also be using them for all of her other properties and recommending them.

On two different occasions (within the last two weeks) I have had to call Simply Clean for an "emergency" same day service. Both days they responded immediately and were at my house cleaning my carpet well before the end of the day. They are extremely professional and do a fabulous job getting up difficult messes. One mess was my poor dog who got sick on the carpet and the other was a red wine spill. This all happened in a rental house as well so it was even more important to me to get someone over to clean the carpet. They are great! I will keep their card handy in case I need anymore carpet cleaning in the future! Thank you Simply Clean-you guys were life savers!

Great! A two-man crew arrived. I appreciated their taking the time to talk with me before they began work and making sure they understood my needs and concerns. They were very flexible and able to change and add to my original request so that I was able to get exactly the results I wanted. Due to other work vehicles parked at the house, they had to run their hoses over the front lawn to gain access to the areas to be cleaned, and they made sure we knew before they started that there was a possibility that the heat from the hoses might damage the grass. In fact, no damage occurred, but I was impressed that they were making sure that we understood the risks. The cleaning was impeccable. They are my top choice for this type of work in the future.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Came in and immediately starting explaining what they were going to do and then started to work. They worked in a very timely manner and was finished the job in no time at all. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use then again in the future.

Was given a two (2) hour window for arrival. Crew arrived with ten minutes to spare. I was told they would call half an hour before arrival, but they didn't. I had to call them to confirm they were still coming. They did a great job cleaning. The billing was an issue. I purchased an offer through Angie's for 1000 sq ft for $149., but knew I needed stairs cleaned as well. They measured 1100 sq ft and quoted me $2.50/stair. They attempted to tell me that my offer purchase amount would simply be used as a credit toward the actual cost of a cleaning rather than honoring the actual offer. After complaining to the other owner, Kenny, they changed their quote and honored the offer.

They cleaned a 6-foot sofa and a large round chair that were both old and worn out from a 60-pound dog. The sofa finally smells like something that I can invite guests to sit on. They were upfront about hard, permanent stains. Revived furniture that I thought was done for.

Best carpet cleaning I have had in Richmond and much better than the competitors I have used. Trent and Ross were very polite and professional. The quality of the cleaning was very good and the berber carpet is cleaner than it has been in quite some time. I had paid them before they finished and the service was interrupted by a neighborhood power outage, but they came back to finish promptly the next day. I'll be happy to use them again.

They were on time. Explained what they could do, and what they could not. This kept my expectations reasonable and I was thankful for that. Then they did an excellent job at cleaning the furniture of pet hair.
