Simply Clean Carpet & Upholstery

The team did an excellent job of cleaning carpets. They were professional and thorough. This is the second time I've used them to clean my carpets.

The team arrived on time and quickly cleaned the carpets. There were three levels and over 1700 sqft and all went exceptionally well. Very professional and courteous.

fine. Sadly, our chair covered in bright yellow had dark stuffing underneath which showed through after the cleaning, but there was no way to know that in advance.

Kenny was terrific, very attentive and accommodative. He got here as soon as possible and was so helpful. This is 2nd time I’ve used them (first was for an upholstery cleaning which was great as well) and found them originally on Angie’s- I couldn’t be happier and am even more confident using Angie’s list for work done - thank you!

Our initial and planning communications were with Kenny via Angie's website and telephone. Kenny clearly described what to expect, who would be doing the work, about how long it would take, scheduled an arrival window, and discussed payment options with me. On the scheduled day, Trent & Ross finished their job previous to ours and called to see if they could start our job a little early. We said, "Of course!" When they arrived, we showed them the areas needing cleaning and the stains we wanted them to try to remove. Trent said he thought they could remove the stains; would at least give it a good try. Before starting, he described how they would do the job, about how long it would take, what to expect after they finished, and what precautions we should take after the cleaning. Both Trent and Ross were very professional and friendly at the same time. Encouraged questions before, during, and after the job and stressed they wanted us to be 100% satisfied. We were! After they finished, the carpet looked great, all the stains had been removed, and indentations from where a file cabinet and a few other pieces of furniture had been sitting had been "fluffed" and no longer visible. We could not have been more satisfied with every aspect of job, from initial contact to waving them good-bye and strongly recommend using them if you need your carpets cleaned!!

Very well. Tech was punctual and knowledgeable. Receptive and understanding of our needs. Work was completed in a reasonable time frame and of good quality.

The 2 man crew (owners) showed up on time. Professional and personable. They cleaned a rug that we were going to throw away due to dog vomit. Also, a white sofa that was brown before they started working on it. We also had a fabric protector, which was extra, put on the sofa. The results for both projects were beyond expectations.

Great! A stain did not come out as well as I had hoped (it was a really bad stain so I was doubtful it would ever get out), but they came back the next day with a tougher product at no charge and actually got the stain out!

The service people were very personable. They were very informative. They arrive on time. They complete the work fairly quickly and leave good instructions on drying time and everything else.

Very well. Our carpet was well overdue for a cleaning so they had a pretty big job. They were prompt, very professional, friendly, and most importantly, they did a great job. They even returned to re-treat some problem areas. We'd choose them again.

Simply clean came to our home and they were very professional and assessed the issue before cleaning the area. They were great guys and said if we felt the problem still existed after the carpet had dried we could call back and they would re-do the area free of charge. True to their word, they came back and cleaned the area again. It turned out great and we plan to use Simply Clean in the future to clean our other rooms. The cost was very reasonable and scheduling was done within a reasonable time. I would highly recommend using Simply Clean!

Trent and Ken did a great job! They were punctual, arriving near the beginning of their two hour window. Both gentleman did a walk-through with me to assess what work would be done and Trent gave me the rate, which included cleaning, pet odor removal and stain protection for our master bedroom, our son's room, office, hallway, and steps (somewhere around 1000 square feet). We had a senior dog that we recently put down and our poor girl pretty much lost all bladder and bowel control. We always cleaned up each accident, but I'm sure there was plenty of residue that we couldn't see or clean ourselves. We moved into our house less than a year ago and the carpet was brand new then. Thanks to Trent and Ken, it looks and smells brand new again! Two thumbs up for a very professional and thorough job, guys. Keep up the good work!
