My experience with them was great. They came up on time, they worked on what they were supposed to do and they did a very good job. They were very reliable.

Our vaulted sunroom and sunken family room both meet the main house in a crazy mess of roofing angles. The stains on the ceiling meant a leak, but where? Two roofers said to recaulk and cross our fingers for a fix, a third said it was a combo of roofing AND siding and he wouldn't touch it. Carlos came by outstanding recommendation from a neighbor. He gave the area a thorough inspection and outlined a true fix: pulling up shingles, removing siding, replacing everything underneath (flashing, J-channel moulding, roofing paper, air vent flashing, ice shield membrane. He also replace two 12 year old two-part skylights with new, tempered glass skylights, which are gorgeous. We had not intend to do this (despite his recommendation that it would be a tremendous visual upgrade- which it is) to save $500 costs, but it was necessary when he pulled is the old ones and found hairline cracks that causing mold/ mildew between the layers (I just thought they were dirty!). He did proactively track down a cheaper option (new two-part lights for $350) since he knew I had not planned on replacement- I'm glad we went with the beautiful glass, given the minimal price difference. Carlos caulked some small mail holes in a different part of the house for no additional charge Carlos and his team were on time, worked non-stop all day, and finished in one day instead of two. My deck and yard were a DISASTER during the project but PRISTiNE when he left- they know how to clean up after themselves. Carlos is very polite, professional, and easy to work with. He communicates by email or phone. Pricing was very good- I got a second quote for the same work that was $1500 more. Wish I could have fixed this problem with $500 worth of caulk, but at least it is now corrected for the long haul...
