+ -1 moreOur experience with Rivers Edge was good at first. Mark came and gave us an estimate for a total of three monthly services. They came out the first time and finished the first of three rounds. My husband and I really liked Mark so we asked him to give us a quote for hardscaping which he said he would call us with within the next week. Well, after waiting two weeks we gave Rivers Edge numerous phone calls and nobody ever answered the phone or called us back for a month. We were beginning to think we had been had. At first we were upset that we weren't getting the quote but then more time passed and they never came back for our last two rounds that we had already paid for! After leaving many messages, they ended up quoting us the wrong material AND they FINALLY came out for the second round (2 months later and in December) which we wouldn't have known about if we hadn't shown up at our house to see them fertilizing since they never returned our calls. Still waiting for the third round.
Description of Work: Yard aeration, fertilization, seeding. Some landscaping.

+ -1 moreThey are wonderful! Mark and all of the guys that worked on the project are great! They are extremely easy to work with, considerate, knowledgeable and meticulous. The yard looks great and will be ready to mow shortly.
Description of Work: River's Edge mowed our lawn while we were initially relocating to Richmond. Most recently they gave us a back yard and irrigation where we had none. Mark brought in topsoil, graded, seeded and expanded our irrigation system to include the back yard. As part of the same effort, he aerated and overseeded the entire yard. In the future, they will provide our fertilization and weed control.

+ 0 moreWe experienced a great service here. They were dependable, reliable and responsive on our phone calls taking immediate action. They came at our discretion making it convenient to our scheduling. I could really tell the difference when they aerated our lawn. They didn t miss anything not even the tight spots and around the shrubs.
Description of Work: They fertilized, aerated, mowed the lawn and sprayed chemicals for crabgrass and other unwanted weeds on my 1/4 of an acre lawn. They charged me $140 for 4 times a year to fertilize and for weed control and $35 to $40 for mowing.

+ -1 moreThey were a very good company and I trusted them to come out to do my property. I liked the results that I saw as well as the decent price. My lawn had really turned around since they have been coming out. They answered all my questions and explained anything I didn't understand.
Description of Work: They installed a sprinkler system, put in mulch, and seeded the lawn. They also sprayed the front and back of the lawn for weeds six times per year.

+ -1 moreA Plus comes whenever the grass needs to be mowed which is at least three times a month. We pay by the month. We have a medium sized yard and it takes about 1/2 hour for them to mow it with two lawn mowers. They also blow the leaves and trim as needed.
Description of Work: A Plus mowed our lawn last time and cleaned up after themselves.
