"I can't even begin to mention how many lies are in this post. I continuously asked to correct this even after my cleaners told me HER husband told them not to go in 2 of the rooms she was complaining about since he was home for THE WHOLE visit. I wrote her about it over the weekend then before she wrote me back on Monday she wrote this post on here stating I never responded even though I was waiting on her response at that time. Even after I saw that outright lie I picked up the phone to call her and make things right and got no answer and no call back as well. I try very hard to make everyone happy but to help someone who outright lies and have to have this kind of problem because of poor communication with husband and wife and then poor communication with me is ridiculous."

"There are definitely a few things that need correcting with this response. 1st your service was completed the 2nd week in April. 2nd Your voucher was for $75 and you did not have a surcharge for $20 so the price you stated is incorrect. 3rd the only supply we did not have was a vacuum so again another lie! Unfortunately people do not realize the time it takes to get through layers of dirt and dust and even though this cleaning that your talking about is over a month ago I remember the difference that was made in this home sorry you felt other wise. But you were then and now always welcomed to tell us of anything you were unhappy with to try to correct for you unfortunately it's hard to do that a month after the initial cleaning. Also if it took more than 3 hours to accumulate some of the dirt and dust in your home a lot of times it will take more than one 3 hour cleaning to get rid of all of it!"

"Unfortunately the floors here did retain and bead up a lot more water then most homes and that was redone and clean up by the cleaner who went back upstairs to do so which was not in puddles! When speaking of the sink she said thank you for your time and was done and already over her 3hr time limit. unfortunately with theses deals we are on a tight schedule to see the amount of homes we need to do but still took the time to re do her floors that wasn't covered in water nearly as much as she described. She did fail to mention in the 3hr time how her 2.5 bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned. How the new person that was training missed the top of the cabinets over the fridge because she didn't want to stand on any furniture to do so but jumped at the chance to correct it (we're all human). And that her 4 rooms upstairs and 4 rooms downstairs where done and the whole house was hardwood which I told her because of the time limit and the time it takes to mop a whole house we may need to stop in a room to do so. When we began the vacuuming and mopping downstairs the trainee was in the kitchen and had to stop to get to the vacuuming while I mopped because again that was a huge priority. When buying these deals online unfortunately there has to be a time limit on it to be able to get to everyone and we hate to have that as much as the clients do but it's the only way we are able what would normally be a $200 job for $75. The 1st time in a bigger home is hard to do in a constricted time frame especially when your vacuuming then mopping a whole entire home where most homes today just have areas to be mopped in the kitchen, bathrooms, and some just the downstairs. When you go over your priorities with a company and they tell you they may have to stop somewhere to get to it please ask any questions there if your not clear. I saw the trainee do the stove top and microwave which is all that is done on a general cleaning I don't know if she meant inside the oven because that is not done on a general cleaning. We take pride in our work and work very had to do as much as we can for the people we service even on a time limit."
