Description of Work: Purchased 1200 sq FT of Travertine and several boulders for our DIY backyard renovation. The product was delivered timely, with very minimal breakage. (Less than expected.) However, there were many pieces that were cut not "true" or square. It took many, many phone calls to the owner to get this issue resolved. This delayed the completion of our project several weeks. In the end, the owner of the company replaced the damaged pieces. I would have rated this company higher, if the owner were more professional and timely with returning customer telephone calls.
