The crew never trimmed anything other than the grass unless I went out and asked specifically to have it done. Many times I contacted the office to make it clear that the little extras I was paying for were not being done. They allowed the ground cover to grow over the stepping stones and through the fence in our pool area. My husband asked them to trim the groundcover on one of their visits and they told him they did not have the equipment with them to take care of it. Deadheading plants? That's a laugh, the dried up Mums and stalks from lillies stared sadly at me each time I walked by, as the crew came each week during the winter and did nothing but blow the driveway! Even though I contacted the crew manager many times things never changed. I had to call and complain before the crew would come out and do these things. They even had a checklist provided by ORC listing the work described above as included in my contract. Each time the crew came out they would place a checklist in mailbox with mowing, trimming, spraying weeds and blowing consistently checked. I guess everything else listed was just there as a reminder to me of what I was paying for yet not receiving. As a last effort to right things with the company I met with one of the supervisors and "the new account manager" (the third one in a year) to show them the condition of things that were not being done. They assured me that I had a right to be unhappy with their service and that they would make things right. Five days later on July 3rd when the crew came out none of the things I had pointed out were taken care of. On Friday the 5th we ended service. One year was more than enough. I paid the bill on time each month for a year and feel that the services provided were substandard. i guess I should have joined Angie's list sooner.
