Great. The owner scheduled the job and arrived on time. I was unexpectedly absent on the scheduled day and he accommodated me by returning the next day. The job included leaf removal from a large area, as well as clearing paths through a woods on our property. I also requested that he clean the roof gutters prior to removing the leaves. Path clearing and gutter cleaning were added to the job after his arrival. In fact, he also helped me cover an RV trailer - a tricky job for one person. He readily agreed to the extra tasks. The owner provided a variety of equipment (blowers, mower, ladders, etc.l) to complete the work. All in all it was well worth the cost, and I would not hesitate to hire Jason's Odd Jobs for future work.

I would use him in a pinch.

He is excellent. He is prompt, comes out, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. Last spring, we had him do some of the borders in our backyard, and he actually did more than what we asked and didn't charge for them. He is great. We would recommend him to anybody. He hasn't been coming out since it is winter because there isn't much to do in the yard. We have used him a lot and regularly. His punctuality is great. We leave it open-ended as to what day of the week he comes. He always comes every week and does not miss. He has to schedule around rain and everything but we have never had a situation where our grass got too long and was out of control. He may come on different days, which doesn't matter to us, but he always comes. When we call and ask him if he can do somehting extra, he is here within a week to do it. He is our yard guy.

Yard was in horrendous shape due to neglect--in-house yard staff (two children) both had moved out to go to college this year!! Jason came by two days after I called, only being delayed by some equipment repair he was waiting on. I met him early before going to work. I was concerned about a very large bed that was a focal point of the front yard that had been mismanaged by a previous service. Jason gave me a quote that was extremely reasonable. When I came home that night, the look of the yard just made the house and everything around us look so much better!

He is licensed and insured, and he is very agreeable. He does the work himself and does a great job. One time he missed and sent someone to fill in and the fill in didn't bag the grass, and Jason said he would take some off of the price for that and was very understanding. He also does other things in the yard for us. He comes when he says he will and is very reasonably priced.
