I wanted a tile kitchen countertop, tile floors for 2 bathrooms, and tile walls for 1 bathroom, including the shower. I found Erskin to be one of the most responsible and dedicated contractors I’ve ever worked with. I threw a lot of complications at him, including curbless floors, small slate countertop tile instead of the recommended large format size, extra wall tile installation, undermount instead of drop-in kitchen sink, hex floor tile with patterns, specialty product pick-up & delivery, unexpected need for a handyman, and more. Not only did he rise to every challenge, he was incredibly polite and cheerful. Most contractors wpuld have quit on me, but not him. I am very pleased with the results: I just love my counter & bathrooms. The tile work is just beautiful, and really transformed the rooms. The installations are about 2 months old, and have functioned very well. He was timely and very responsive. He gave me just what I asked for. He also gave me a discount, since I found him on Angie’s List.

The work went very well and according to schedule. The tile work that was done was very professionally done and has made the bathroom look totally updated and brand new. Erskin and time are good at what they do and very detail oriented and professional.

We hired Erskin's Tile to complete our kitchen backsplash. It looks great and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Erskin, two years ago, also installed the ceramic wood tile we have in our kitchen and family room. He is meticulous and careful, taking time to do the job perfectly. We love the look of our remodeled kitchen and would definitely hire Erskin's Tile to do work for us again!

It went fine. I did have to pay an additional fee for grout replacement and would have liked that to be in the contract up front. After cleaning my grout needed replacement and I think this would not be unusual in most circumstances.

Excellent job! Erskin was very professional and neat - he left his shoes at the front door. 30 year old tile floor and shower had only been cleaned with retail cleaners, and was definitely showing it's age. Erskin was able to restore it to practically new condition. We are very pleased and will definitely consider him for future tile installation and restoration.

Job went well and was completed 10-12:30 p.m., 2.5 hours. I consider the job expensive for the work performed-$250. Willing to do work on weekend.

Dustin did a wonderful and professional job removing the vinyl, pulling up the luan, adding the backer board and laying out the new marble tile. Dustin was very organized and kept the area clean. Beautiful work and we are very pleased. We will have a shower done next.

Erskine showed up on time and was professional. I will use him again when I renovate my bathroom. Very pleased with his work!

Very well although I gave them a B due to a misunderstanding about additional work we needed to have done and now that it is an even smaller job will doubt we can find anyone to do it
