painted exterior plastic shutters - we were going to replace them but Gerry said that he could paint them - they look great, still looks like he did them yesterday and it was 1/4 of the price of replacing them. MUST USE THE PAINT THAT HE RECOMMENDS - DONT SKIMP ON THE PAINT. Gerry also fixed sheetrock pops/cracks and repainted interior. Gerry painted porch and deck. They covered, moved furniture, worked around our pets and schedule. They did a great job.

Jerry Briggs wasn?t the cheapest but he did a very good job. I wanted the exteriors looking nice since I had my daughter's wedding here. He has a crew but he does some of the painting himself. He has about 10 guys who work for him. We usually had 4 or 5 at one time. He is pretty good. He came in on a Saturday morning with extra guys when I was in a hurry to get things finished up. We had the painting done as soon as we moved in and before I put all the furniture back. He was very good about working with me. The house needed a lot of prep work and he made his guys sand everything before painting. I paid for what they did. He gave me three prices. One was for an okay job, another one for a quick fix it up job and the last one for a top notch job. So I paid for the top notch one. He really had his guys do the work. They sanded all the lumps and bumps out. We ended up with a really good looking and nice paint job. He is going to come back in this October to paint the interior trim work. He is also going to work on the crown molding, baseboards, chair rail, doors and windows. I want that done after I have a reception in September. I don?t want to have it done before because they have to move a lot of furniture out. I like it because he is willing to work with me on that. The only downside is that he could be a little temperamental. His crew did an excellent job and they worked hard. If he thought I was being very demanding, then he would do a little pout. However, it was nothing to do with his work ethics and it was a personality trait. His crew was great. They were pleasant, polite and clean. There were sometimes when they got a bit tired by the end of the day and you wouldn?t like the guy in charge pouting. I am using him again and so obviously it?s not a big deal.

it went well. the contractor arrived the same day we called and began working the next day. he encountered more work than anticipated and stuck to his price. He also had good ideas on how we could get the most out of our money. He uses the best of the best paint products and has very competent staff.
