I did not like our first encounter at all. The salesman was a bit pushy and tried to be too chummy. We saw no reduction in ants or mice after the first encounter. I gave them a second chance and this tech was great. After only 2 days the ants are gone and we've trapped several mice. I actually feel like I'm getting my money's worth. I'm glad I stuck with them.

Termites are a one-time treatment they do. They check on it but the treatment lasts for, like, five to ten years. They do the treatment and you pay one big fee then it is a small fee of about $95 every year to do the inspection. We live in a condo so we split the price with a neighbor. Everybody else is a lot higher. They go around a look at the whole lots out of the house. We did not have any termites, our neighbors did. Then they have to drill all the holes so there is quite a bit of labor involved. It took the guy the better part of the day to do all the drilling and put the poison in the ground to keep the termites away. They are very friendly, polite and they were prompt, on time. From the salesman on, they were just very good people. Their pricing was really the best price.

We also use them for termite control. My neighbor did all the quoting, but we quoted everybody. He quoted several people and we picked them on their pricing and on technique they use. They use the drill technique where they drill and put the stuff to keep the termites in the ground. They put a barrier around your house which is pretty neat. They just did a great job. The price is pretty competitive and we have been using them for several years. They come out about every two months to do pest control. Our annual fee for pest control is, I think, $342. I think the normal fee is $360, but you get a discount if you pay in advance. We are really particular and they do great. They call in advance before they come to see if it is okay with us, like, the night before. They communicate well and are very professional. I have no complaints; they do a great job.

At the recommendation of a co-worker, I called Dodson about pest control. A sales person came out, and very professionally walked us through his recommendations for our service. We opted to only proceed with pest control treatments once a month inside and out. The day before a scheduled treatment, we've always received a call notifying us that they are coming. Upon arrival, they come to the door and ask if we need treatment inside as well. As we have pets, we always opt for external treatment only. For a year we have had no complaints, the amount of bugs in our house has drastically decreased. We had a bit of a hiccup during our last service call and since then we've had lots of spiders, ants and other bugs in our house. I called when the hiccup happened and then again today (three weeks or so later) to cancel our service. Both times the person answering the phone has been less than helpful. Her tone has been aggressive and confrontational and language unprofessional during the first call and much more so the second, especially after I gave her my name. I should note that the sales person, service technicians and the person who manages this office are prompt, courteous and professional. With the exception of the last service, we have had no complaints about the quality of service provided.

After two rain-day delays, the technician made it out and quickly sprayed my crawlspace and foundation. Very nice responsive and for the time being, the pests are gone.

On the agreed upon date and time, the technician came to the house to start the process. He had to trench in the house's crawl space and then drill into the areas that he could not access (like the brick steps). After drilling and trenching, he then treated the whole area with chemicals to eliminate the termites. This all was done very professionally.

This company is excellent in every way. When I discovered that I had a moisture problem under my house, they came out, inspected, and called me with the results before I could even get a call back from other companies, who did eventually call and schedule appointments several weeks in the future. The work was performed in an excellent manner, the employees were professional and answered all of my questions, and payment plans were offered because the system was expensive. I had them back a few months later to treat my house for fleas and again I found them to be excellent to work with. I highly recommend this company.

He not only treated for ants but put traps under the house for camelback crickets, he also went around the whole outside and inside looking for spider webs to the point of even removing vines from the outside near windows.Lee Goodwin was who they sent but all of the people I've met over the years have been good. He seemed overly concerned and did a lot for the cost. Dodson offers a yearly contract which is more affordable in the long run or a one time treatment. Most companies will not do a one time treatment so I think that is a big plus.

Dodson technician arrived a little early, asked questions about our problems, told us everything he was going to do, treated the house, and was not afraid to go into the crawl space, unlike a representative from another company. We have a contract with Dodson and we have not noticed any pests.Dodson technician recommended some approaches that would curtail mice getting into the crawl space, showing us areas where the vents allow access and offering solutions. We have been very satisfied with the service. Price has been reasonable, too, and we called around to a number of businesses to ask about pricing for contract service.

This is the third year I have used them. Their staff is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and they do a good job.

They show up and I don't see any bugs. The big thing to me is that they don't hassle me. They show up and do their job. The least interruptions I have the better.

I think they do a good job, and I have been using them for years. They are about as nice as one can get. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I've been with this company for years to be quite frank. They do termite work for us in addition to ant work. They are reliable and dependable and we are used to them. They do what they promise to do so we have no complaints about them.

When he comes out he takes his time to make sure he gets everywhere and is polite and professional. I have been using Dodson's for two years now and have never had a problem with any pests in my home
