Very professional work from from planning thru installation. Slight mixup on when they would arrive. Was 3 hours later than originally stated No updates on delay. Very satisfied with work and will call again for future planned kitchen and bath work.

Hector and his team installed new quartz counter tops and backsplash in our kitchen last week, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Not only does it look amazing, but we thoroughly enjoyed everyone on Hector's team. They showed up on time, cleaned the kitchen before they left and told us exactly how to take care of the work once they left. We have decided to hire them to finish another project a different contractor never returned to finish. We would absolutely recommend Countervations to do any work you need done around the house. They do much more than just counter tops!

We hired Countervations for install new granite countertops for us. They were very professional and had an excellent customer centric manner to their dealings with my wife and me. When we went with Lorenzo to see granite showrooms, we could tell his rapport with the agents he dealt with was very good. He was patient with us as we decided on what specific granite countertop to use. When the team came to the house to do the work, they were organized, efficient, cleaned up well, and ensured that everything was cut exactly as it needed to be, installed, and finished well. I only gave Countervations a 5 star because there was no option for giving them 6 stars. They were wonderful from quote to clean up. They installed granite counters including 3 separate sinks, a bar and island. We had 3 companies come out to quote and knew right away that this was the company we could trust. Very professional, thorough, trustworthy, helpful, patient, clean, respectful, and timely. Lorenzo was timely, competitive in his pricing, and showed to have an eye for perfection when inspecting work throughout project. Hector was very skilled and knowledgeable and kind and good to our home and kitchen. Oh and if you are worried about seams........what seams? I could go on, but if I may put it in short....... The best countertop company in Richmond and the best price, a rare thing to find the two together!

We were very pleased with the job. They provided a fair quote, showed up on time, and cleaned up afterwards. They did the entire job including the plumbing at a reasonable price. We had several other quotes including two from "big box companies." Many of these quoted reasonable amounts for the counter tops but were reluctant to do the plumbing and quoted accordingly. We will certainly use them again if the need arises.

They were very nice and efficient. Fixed our counter tops and sealed them. Did a very good job and will have them out another time.
