A service from start to finish! Upgraded cabinets with crown molding, hardware, and replaced old counters with granite countertops . Made my kitchen look new! They produced quality work at a low cost. Everything we asked, they provided, with no hesitation! Counter-vation is highly recommended for your counter-top needs.

Communication is a little difficult if you arenâ t dealing with the owner. The employees donâ t speak fluently in English so if you have questions while the job is in progress itâ s difficult. I like my countertops that they installed. I just thought things were rushed and sloppy at the end. We spent a couple of days fixing their mistakes.

They did an excellent job from home visit estimate, appt to pick the granite pattern, to install. They care about what they do and went the extra mile to make sure the install was correct. We are very pleased with the finished work and professionalism they exhibited. Great job!

Hector was great to work with and his employees were work focused, worked non-stop, were courteous and professional, but best of all they did a great job. For the record, this was a granite install for the kitchen counter tops and bar. I will definitely use Counter-vation, Inc. for some additional jobs in the near future.

Very responsive. Was able to get my project measured, quoted, and installed in less than a week. This was important to me as I am putting the house up for sale. Everything went as planned except a small issue the cost to install the plumbing. Lorenzo worked with me and we were able to agree on an updated price. I would recommend Counter-vation to other looking for granite.

This company did a superb job of providing the quote and during installation. I've requested warranty info that was verbally communicated but can't seem to receive a hard copy. I'm selling my house and they said the warranty is transferable but that can't be done without the document.

Reasonably priced with top rate customer service. Good communication and they always arrived when they said they would. I am very pleased with the countertop, especially as they needed to match an older piece with new stone over the same expanse! The work area was spotless when they were finished. Highly recommend

Have them send you the receipt by regular mail. It seems they don't have a grasp of email.
