Description of Work: I initially requested two estimates of the work to be done: One for just replacing the sidewalk which was cracked and one for replacing the whole sidewalk. I also asked that a conduit be placed under the walk so that wire for lights could be run under the walk at a later date. Mr. Branson gave me both estimates. For various reasons I decided to replace the whole sidewalk. I don't feel like he tried to sell me that option, which was good because I don't like a "hard sell". He answered all my questions well and volunteered information pro and con about doing either of the options. He and his crew delivered equipment when they said they would, just the day before, and started to prepare the site. The work was done in a timely manner, They were good about communicating what to expect from them. They cleaned up after themselves well and the finished job looked really good. I am glad I asked them to do the whole walk. I would hire them again.
