Mark seemed very professional when we met him for the estimate which totaled $4500.00; we gave him a 50% deposit and he gave us a 2 week time frame to start the job, then Shirley called back to reschedule because they had a death in the family and would have to travel for the funeral. When the new date to begin work came they never showed up or called, we called them and their number(s) had been disconnected, we spent a week with no word from them wondering if we had been ripped off when they re-connected their phone line with a message saying that they will be back shortly. We were told later that they had also sold their house in that time, but finally they got back to us to begin work. Unfortunately Mark did not communicate to his workers that we agreed to make the fence tight to the ground, and he would not make time to come out and look at his crew's job, or reach an agreement with us on how to correct the problem so we had to fire him, knock down and rebuild the fence ourselves.

Shirley, Mark and her team were very easy to work with from the start. They were very flexible in terms of scheduling the project, and they clearly outlined the process/time line and what to expect. The fence itself came out very nice, and we're quite pleased that we hired them for the job. I would definitely recommend them for any fence project.

Quality of the work is excellent. Very good materials used for the project. This company does not appear to skimp on materials. The quality of their construction is very good. Shirley Allen communicated the status of the project very well. The schedule of completion was a bit extended, but overall the project came out great.

Shirley came out to give me an estimate. She walked through the process with me and noted any difficulties or problems that might be encountered. She gave me a couple alternatives to the gate we wanted. And we ended up going with a picket gate instead of split rail because of usage and strength. We put down the deposit and Shirley stated it could be two to three weeks. She called at the beginning of the next week and said they could be there on Friday if we wanted. We had just closed on our house and she new that we needed the fence right away. Her husband came out with his crew and introduced himself and the crew. Answered any questions and explained he'd be there most of the day. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. I have never worked with a company so in tune to their customers. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I just wish they did more than fencing because I would definitely hire them again.

I called and left a message to schedule an estimate. Shirley Allen called back quickly and we set up a time to come out. She called the morning of the appointment to confirm and arrived on time. She brought samples of the materials and pictures of previous jobs. Her estimate included a detailed drawing and all the warranty information. Once we decided to go with Allen, Shirley gave an approximate start date, but called a few days in advance to give us the exact date. They did a great job installing the fence and Mark Allen ensured everything was done to our specifications. We were very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend them.

They did a good job. The fence is now very sturdy and looks good. My only complaint is that it took them several weeks to start the work.

The guys were on time and did a beautiful job. I am very pleased.

They are a newer company in the community but they did a spectacular job. They were super guys who were very nice. The fence looked great when they were finished, almost like brand new. The cost was great and their estimate was 50 percent less than other companies.
