The price was reasonable and the they showed up on time. Some of the windows are hard to open since my home is very old. I use different techniques for opening them. But I never use a crowbar to force them open. The finished the work and left big indentations on the exterior sills form the crowbar. They never told me they had a problem opening the windows and never mentioned the damage (I could have opened the window if they had asked). I called the office and the owner or manager told me they wouldn't do that, even though they did do it. He offered no remedy and the conversation ended. This isn't a company that can be trusted.

They showed up for to give a quote and I agreed to the price. I faxed them the proposal signed and was given an install date. Then they called and rescheduled because they were very busy. They never showed up for the new date. I called the next week and was told that they now wanted 1/2 up front. I was so frustrated as they didn't tell me this anytime along the way. When I asked why they never told me, they would not answer and only wanted to schedule a third time. As the frustration grew, the receptionist put me on hold for the sales person. He said I should have read the proposal. Obviously if the sales person would have mentioned this when he gave me the quote or when they scheduled it, this would not have been an issue. It all came to a head when the the salesperson laughed at me for not reading every line on the proposal. I have never been treated as badly as I was by AC Glass in any business transaction! I will not be doing business with them and I highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a glass company stay away from them! I have never written a bad review of a company and I hate doing this.

It was very good. They were excellent. It was as advertised. It was quick and easy. They made it very accommodating while we waited. They had a nice waiting room where we waited till they finished. I would use them again in the future. Beyond the windshield, when I was there I realized that they do a lot of other glass work.
