There were materials, tools, and supplies that he didn't have, that he either had to stop and get, or borrow from us, in order to complete the job. This contributed to the project taking three days to complete, rather than two. And at the end of the project, there was still cleanup that we needed to remind him to do before leaving. If you refer me a client whom has me clean for them at least twice, than your next cleaning will be half off. I can work for you anytime that is best. Days, evening, weekends, even holidays.
