I needed my flooring replaced in one room and we found that the subfloor was disintegrated due to moisture leeching through the block foundation. Robert gave clear steps for remediation, and completed the entire job of demo, moisture remediation, adding a foundation vent, working with drainage systems, new flooring, painting ECT in about 4 days. He communicated well and showed up when he said he would and is very kind, willing to listen to your ideas and budgets ECT to advise on the available options."

There were materials, tools, and supplies that he didn't have, that he either had to stop and get, or borrow from us, in order to complete the job. This contributed to the project taking three days to complete, rather than two. And at the end of the project, there was still cleanup that we needed to remind him to do before leaving.
