There was a minor delay in scheduling service to our house (we live about 10 miles from Palmer's) for the repair. The person that performed the repair was courteous and prompt with identifying the problem (vibration absorption pads on the interior of the machine chassis had deteriorated/come loose) and completed the repair in a timely manner and within the estimate we had received.

I've used them for about 17 years. They are very competitive and very quick to service things. I'm very pleased with them. They charged me the service charge; they cleaned the vent and didn't charge for that.

Called to have someone to come and check on a non working refrigerator Lady on phone was nice and said they would call me. Waited several hours and no call. Recalled and she once again said they would call. Could not continue to wait so had to replace the refrigerator. They finally called a couple of days later to inquire about the job. Told them I had made other arrangements. No way to do business.

Could not have gone better

Palmer's Electronics and Appls came out, looked at the problem which was lint in the dryer vent that goes outside, they cleaned it out, and said no charge. Palmer's Electronics and Appls were very personable, listened to my concerns, were very efficient, very quick, very knowledgeable, and recognized the problem right off the bat. I have to put them in the honest category because their drive time is about 30 seconds since they are right around the corner from me and didn't charge for the service.

They were great. They were superb. I called them and they were here within thirty minutes. They fixed the problem and were gone. Their price was reasonable. They were good. The technician who came out was super knowledgeable and super friendly. He did a great job and in a timely fashion. I would use them in the future.
