Description of Work: They did not send estimate when promised, I had to contact them via email and text message for the estimate. Then when I decided to use them for a portion of the job they did not respond to my email. I would expect a professional company to respond with confirmation at the very least that they received the request but are not able to handle the job.

Ms. [member name removed] It is unfortunate that you have presented our company in this manner in that Mr. Chavez gave you a courtesy call to inform you that the estimate took a bit longer than anticipated and shortly after provided you with one. As for us addressing following through with the job, we never received the go ahead to begin the discussion. Technology is not perfect and I'd like to owe it to a glitch in one system or the other as it is not in our company's nature to overlook customers as you will note by our ratings. Our apology for a lost opportunity.
