+ -1 moreTime in shop was a little longer than I would have liked, but I understand was holiday season with several days where shop was closed. In all, a good experience and I would use the company again for other computer problems.
Description of Work: Computer running Windows XP Pro SP3 booting up very slowly. Jeff diagnosed conflict in anti-virus programs (some previous programs having left remnants behind), removed offenders, installed new AV program, and ran testing for several days to ensure all working OK.
