Called back right away and did a good job - 5 plus stars!

My dog spilled a paint can all over our carpet at 830pm, called The Right Choice by 9pm, Carlos came out at 10am the next morning and did a GREAT job getting the paint out and was in and out within an hour. This company if efficient, professional, and the price was very fair. A+!

Carlos did a fantastic job on the carpets. They look as close to brand new as possible. Other cleaning companies have always left the carpet somewhat clean but stains were still obvious. I would definitely recommend The Right Choice Carpet Cleaning and I will use them again. I want to take pictures because everything looks so clean and like new!

Carlos the gentleman that was our tech, he not only was great in regards to customer service, but exceptional in the cleaning of our carpet. the issue with our carpet was pet odor(3 small dogs). Carlos said that he was not willing to except payment unless we were satisfied. We were more than satisfied, not only with the odor removal, but, also because Carlos went above and beyond making sure that the carpet was odor free. I would highly recommend this company and highly recommend Carlos as a carpet cleaner technician

I called and spoke with Carlos. He explained the process in a nice professional manner. We made the appointment and carpets were treated for Teflon for protection. Will recommedn their service.

Excellent service by very courteous staff. My rugs were returned on a rainy day, and they came wrapped in plastic to proect them from the rain. I especially appreciated the technician's wearing booties over his street shoes to protect my hardwood floors. Will definitely use Right Choice Carpet Cleaning again and will recommend them to anyone who needs rugs or carpets cleaned!

They were great and I highly recommend. We had them clean our townhouse carpets and to focus on 3 cat urine spots while we were out of town on a Saturday. When we got back, the carpets looked great. I called them to ask about how the cleaned the urine spots because I was not too pleased with still being able to smell it, and they quickly came back over later in the week and focused on the 3 spots again. They also gave me some options for the future with pet smell that I was not aware of- great advice. They have amazing customer service and the price was also the best. Highly, highly recommend.

Carlos did an absolute amazing job cleaning the toddler food-stained carpets in our condo. We didn't think it would be possible for anyone to work such a miracle, but Carlos did so. He was efficient and friendly, and the cost was more than reasonable. The real estate agent who was showing our condo to potential renters said he had never seen such an impressive carpet cleaning in his 15+ years in the business. We will most certainly hire Carlos again.

I called and I needed a condo cleaned immediately. He was able to help me and clean the condo that very afternoon. He was on time and extremely professional, and the condo looked terrific. It met the approval of my very picky landlord. TheLandlord said he would utilize this company for his other properties.
