i had a small section of my carpet re-stretched...the fee charged seemed high at first but I did some shopping around and found it to be VERY competitive. The technician was extremely polite and worked quickly. I will be hiring them back to clean my carpets in a few weeks

Carlos arrived at the appointed time and place, confirmed the estimate, and immediately set to cleaning the carpets throughout the house. The carpets are wonderfully clean now, even stains that we didn't think were going to come out. Carlos was extremely courteous and professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. He also apprised us of other services offered by his company related to carpet care (dyeing and repair) that we might need in the future without pushing to sell us these services.
