Description of Work: They rebuilt front deck, they demolished a wooden ramp and rebuilt steps. They installed molding on house.

+ -1 moreBathrooms came out pretty well but quality was too often poor the first time. For example, tiles were installed unevenly. We asked for the worst ones to be redone, which they did. But even so a number of tiles are uneven and one tile wall is not vertical (slopes backward). It was difficult to communicate with the project manager (owner?). He said we were annoying him when we tried to communicate about the work. We accepted some work that wasn't done quite right because we were tired of dealing with him. His price was the best of the 3 quotes we got, but I wouldn't use this firm again. It may be he had too many jobs going at one time.
Description of Work: Remodeled two bathrooms. Price was just for labor, didn't include fixtures, tile, paint, etc.
