The company website states it serves Fairfax County, VA. The City of Alexandria is within Fairfax County, but the vendor refused to serve Alexandria (because it has a different zip code). Not worth my time to try and explain the nuances of county vs. city zoning to the laborer, so just requesting refund of order.

I was contacted within the same day that I sent an email to them via Angie's List. They came out and gave me an estimate right away and I felt the price was very reasonable. One week later, the work was done and it looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting services. It's a very friendly, yet professional family business.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took time to go over their work and were very willing to touch up any spots that did not cover correctly. The job took slightly longer than estimated since they were down one worker, but our house looks wonderful. We would definitely use them again.

The height of the stairwell was 18 feet and beyond my reach. They confirmed their arrival time by telephone (twice), arrived on time, and did a very neat job of the painting. They were in, prepped, painted, cleaned up and gone in about three hours.

It went well! Florencio was on time and I showed him the area where the work was to be done. Florencio was a very nice guy. He did not have a tape measure with him at the time of estimate though, so I provided my plat for his estimate. His estimate came back pretty fast but it was high for the work to be done.

They arrived as scheduled and after putting two coats of paint on they correctly notified me that I needed an additional coat of paint to cover the dark brown in the kitchen and breakfast. They cleaned up the floor moulding which had been incorrectly finished by the prior contractor. They finished promptly and they were very pleasant to deal with. I would call them again without any reservations.

Florencio quickly came out to do an estimate and finished the work quickly. I highly recommend Professional Touch LLC to take care of all your jobs. Florencio is quick to respond, is honest, and does great work. When I asked him to do a certain other job, rather than try to claim he could do it, he was very honest and admitted he did not have the expertise do it. I appreciate that because I've had other people claim they could do things and ended up making it worse when they couldn't handle the job.

They did an excellent job. Florencio was very responsive and friendly. He arrived on time and walked through the space to discuss the project. The Angie's List deal we bought covered 800 square feet, so he measured the space in front of us and quoted us for the additional work. The team was polite and very friendly to our two small dogs. We are very impressed with the high quality work and feel it will help us sell our house for top dollar.

Florencio the owner, came and we walked through the job, and we negotiated what would be covered by the big deal, because the big deal was slightly different than what i needed done. He was great at working with me to get the job i needed done. He was very clear about what he thought needed to be done and how to do it, and he came on the job site himself and saw the job done all the way through the end. He sent two of his workers not sub contractors, to start the job, prep the walls, patch and sand and start paint. We had wall paper in some areas that was removed. They didn't tape everything up, which they should have the first day to get all the prep ready. the job took 4 days to complete, we had to mark areas with blue tape where there were areas that needed to be re-done, touched up, after each day to correct the next, i think they were surprised it took as long to do this work. It took a bit longer than we thought, they worked from 9:30 am until 6 or 7 pm in the evening each of the 4 days, except one day they came later in the afternoon thinking they only had to do trim and doors, but there were lots of areas that needed re touch up, they didn't use a primer, and we had other rooms done and those painters used 2 coats of oil based primer and then applied 2 coats of paint and the coverage was more effective--so in the future I'm going to ask that that process is followed, it would have allowed the paint to apply better, and not have to go back over and re-do with a 3 rd coat--and still there are areas where the wall is showing through, there are still paint marks that was supposed to be cleaned but were not..just minor... We still have blue tape to take off doors and trim areas and need to put all the electical plates back on... I think they did a good job, very good at communicating times, etc.. they showed up when they said they would, they worked hard all day very little breaks, i was very happy with the outcome.

Florencio and his team were prompt, professional, and did a great job painting my bedroom, bath and touching up some walls I had repaired. He explained time involved and any extra charges up front. Very satisfied with overall experience.

I purchased a deal for $25 through Angies List to finish a repair my husband had started and never finished himself. The provider set up a time on a Saturday, which he normally does not do, in order to get to us in a timely manner since his schedule was quite full. He arrived on time and was friendly and open to letting us watch him and learn. He used materials we had already purchased in order to save us money. He did a great job and we were happy with the expience. We would definately call on him in the future for othe repairs.

Florencio and his assistant showed up for the appointment on time and surveyed the work to be done. Prior to getting started they covered my floors to prevent any damage or debris to be left behind. They had me review their work during and after completion to ensure I approved of the final result. They even addressed an area over my stairwell that wasn't part of the original repair request at no additonal charge. They were finished in about 2 hours and left my home in perfect shape. They were very professional, the price was right, the result was a repair that was extremely well done.

We bought a deal for 2 painters for 8 hrs. They showed up with 3 and did a great job. Would definitely hire in the future.

I had a couple of holes that they said they could not repair as they will not come out for jobs less than $250.00. They did take a week or a week in a half to respond.

It is done alright, I don't think I would call them back. I believe in total I didn't save anything. They are average. They didn't charge anymore than big deal amount. The price came out more than what I thought it should because I had to buy the paint and brushes. They were on time and professional. I probably would not use them again.

Professional Touch offered a reasonable price for the service. They were able to schedule a convenient time to do the service. It took them only a few hours to paint several rooms in my home and it looks very nice. They cleaned up very nicely and I would definitely use them again. Oh, and they do not use sprayers, only rollers, which looks much nicer!

I scheduled an appointment to have the drywall repaired and the worker never showed up. Then I called him after waiting for over an hour to find out what was going on, and he made an excuse not to come out; something regarding another job or no jobs in my area, so he was not coming out that day!!! Very upset over this. I called Angie's List to get my $25 back, and they refunded me. I found another company SST Contractors, Angie's List deal for $69 and this company only charged $69 to fix the hole in my ceiling, not including materials. I saved myself $181 dollars. I had an appointment scheduled. It is not like me to do business with a company and not make sure I have a confirmed appt. I am not sure what happened, but it WAS scheduled for that day and you did not show up.

Nice guys. Father and son team -- something that always makes me smile. Both very handsome men -- something that makes me smile even more. They were quick and did a decent job. Helped me reassemble my bed which is a 100 year old monster that falls apart every time you move it. I'd use their services again.

We needed a quick turn around on some drywall work for some new handrails we were installing. Florencio from Professional Touch provided us an estimate and was able to perform the work within a few days of us contacting him. He is very courteous and professional and does excellent work. We are versy pleased with his work and highly recommend his services.

We received a call indicating they would be 1/2 hour late, but they arrived within that time frame. The painters arrived, covered everything with drop cloths and proceeded to work. The two (father and son) worked well as a team and performed their separate jobs. They asked questions when they wanted direction from us. They fixed wallboard blemishes and nail pops. They even painted behind the refrigerator. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. We were pleased that they asked us to mark the picture and other hooks that we wanted to remain where they were. When the main part of the job was finished the son left and the father remained to complete the trim work. All in all, we were very satisfied with the work performed. Our only minor caveat was that the deal was for 3 rooms painted for the amount requested, but we only had two rooms painted, but they still charged us extra for painting the trim and to remove/replace our fabric cornices and wooden blinds. But this is a minor complaint.

Hello, the provider offered excellent communication and honored our appointments. The big deal did not cover enough of the project to warrant engaging with the provider. I have no complaints and would consider them in the future.

Prompt return of my email requesting estimate. Estimate done quickly after request and walked through project area and provided suggestions. Arranged for work to be done, showed up on time and worked quickly. We were pleased with the outcome and the quality of the work.

There were to painters, father and son, and they were very professional, kind and accommodating. They were also very quiet and cleaned up the areas when the painting was completed.
