They gave me an appointment within a few days of my purchase. We discussed work to be performed and they followed through. Victor did a good job of removing the wallpaper from the dining room. He was professional and courteous. He did a good job of cleaning up after ward also.

Deal was for wall repairs OR wallpaper removal. I did not have enough of either to occupy the full allotment of time. But Florencio was willing to provide paint service at an additional cost and include the wallpaper border removal for one room. All told it was not the best deal ever but the quality of service was worth the charge. From the start he was extremely accommodating to my schedule and added the additional work at the last minute. The service person, Victor, was on time and extremely polite and professional and worked late into the evening to complete the expanded paint job added to his tasks. The finished work was overall good with minimal paint mishaps. The only downside I can think of is that some of the patched areas were made smooth instead of knockdown to match the rest of the wall. I did not notice this until the next day. Once I get the touch up paint and cover the patch areas there is only one place that might be noticeable. I rated the price slightly lower because I did not really get the full 8 hour value of the discounted service nor was it really applied to the room painting. Again, even it it was not the deal of a lifetime the price was fair and the service quality was worth any premium paid. The flexibility to take on additional work on short notice got my daughter's room painted...finally...and my promise to do so was kept.

Florencio was very easy to work with. His team was diligent and detail oriented. Job was done efficiently and done well. I would recommend him for painting and any drywall repairs.

Professional Touch showed up on time and before starting inspected the conditions of my walls and of my carpets. He then repaired several small holes that were in the walls, patched, sanded and dried them before painting. He completed the painting in what seemed like no time, yet not rushed. The job was well done, very neat and tidy and efficient. We decided in advance to have our carpets cleaned the next day as too not fill the day with too much work and Professional Touch was open to this. They cleaned the upper level of my home again very efficiently and my carpets look like new again! We highly recommend using them for your next project!

Florencio responded to my request for a quote almost immediately. He provided an estimate at a reasonable price and followed through. He and his crews showed up when promised and did a great job: insulation, drywall, and painting. Excellent communication and value! They were excellent, professional and did a great job. There were no messes and they kept everything clean. The owner kept in close contact with everyone.

Florencio was quick to respond to my inquiry for a quote. He was very professional and scheduled to drop by for an estimate the next day. He called to follow-up prior to arriving for the quote to ensure we were still available. He quickly assessed our needs and gave me a reasonable quote and some helpful information for how to perform our own wallpaper removal, if we wished to save on that expense. He answered all of my questions about painting trim and how much paint to purchase. We scheduled the job for the following week. He followed up with an emailed quote, detailing the charges for everything. He also followed-up the day prior to arriving for the work to ensure everything was still a go. He arrived with one additional person, as he had indicated, and they worked the first day to prep the room and remove all wallpaper. The second day, they arrived promptly, as well, to perform the painting. They worked very hard all day to complete the job! They were very quiet and professional. The room is beautiful! His work is really great and I am very pleased with it. It is like a whole new basement. I will definitely be calling Florencio again when I am ready to paint another room in my home.

Communication with this company was both timely and responsive. The work was completed as agreed upon. The results were phenomenal! We will use them for any other repairs/painting projects in the future. Professional Touch is truly a class act company.

Painters arrived on time on Wednesday morning and immediately put down tarps and plastic. They worked for two full days and cleaned up afterwards. They sought feedback after the first coat was dry and repaired some minor drywall before the second coat when I pointed out some areas.

Drywall was dropped off the day before right on time. Florencio was very kind and appreciative of my business. He was quick to respond to me by email and text. The drywall repair men who came were kind and punctual. They did a great job. It was very messy up there and they cleaned up very well before leaving. Florencio came the following day to touch up all of the paint and it looks fantastic. The only thing I would say for constructive criticism is for any professional workers to wear bootie covers over their feet when entering someone's home, especially on carpet. We are repairing our carpet upstairs so I allowed everyone to walk up there after walking outside in the snow/salt/yuck, but the first day when the estimating was done, there were no booties (before they knew I was repairing the carpet). We received several quotes and none of the companies wore booties or removed their shoes so this isn't meant as a complaint but as constructive feedback. We loved this company and would use them again. I've already referred them to my parents who need painting and drywall repair. Thanks Florencio and team! : )

We have an issue with the additional payment requested by the painter when they showed. We had purchased the deal after calling Angie's List phone representatives to ensure they would paint rooms with 9' ceilings and that although there were only 2 rooms, the size of one was 751 square feet of wall space. The Angie's list rep called the company and verified the deal was good for the measurements we sent, which can be seen in the email confirming the purchase, under "Room 1" and "Room 2." When the painters showed and saw the job, they requested $275 in addition to the agreed upon price. We request Angie's list refund us the $275 dollars in accordance with the written agreement.

Great!! I called 3 companies for quotes and Florencio was far and away the most professional. He came out the same day for a quote. Once here I showed him what I wanted done and we agreed on a price. He came with another painter on the arranged day. He was on time and prepared (I was providing the paint.) He completed the job in a timely manner. He fixed the cutting in I had done myself in another area and when I asked him if he could paint behind my fridge he did. (NOT part of the job - I was painting part of the home myself but could not get the fridge out.) I offered to pay him more but he said it was no problem. I will use PROFESSIONAL TOUCH LLC for any painting needs I have.

The project went well. They painted 3 rooms. The work ended up being more than the Big Deal I purchased but they layed everything out very clearly and made sure I understood everything. I supplied most of their supplies so that wasn't factored into the price. Although one of the rooms had some streaking after they finished painting, they came back to repaint with no trouble, very nice about the whole thing. I would hire them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They charged extra for more painting. Some of the trim was not done right and I would not hire them again. They were average at best. They did not pay attention to detail.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were fine, but they were not great. After they came and painted there is a small portion of the wall between two windows in my master bedroom that I noticed they did not paint at all. So I had to go back, get the paint and redo it. Then the entire trim in one bedroom they did looks like they only did one coat and not two because the walls were fine but around the crown molding at the top there were lots of spots where you could see through to the last paint jobs. So I had to go back and do that myself, as well. Occasionally I still find a little spot here and there in the master bath that they did, but I have not bothered to repaint them yet. So they were not fabulous, but they were not awful. We did add on to their job and we had let them know we wanted to do that ahead of time. I was hoping they were prepared for that when they came, time wise, but I think in the end it became a time issue and they did not manage their time well. Therefore they were in a little bit of a rush. They did run into an issue with the ceiling in the kids' master bathroom where the ceiling kept bubbling because of a past painting so I guess that may have had them not be able to complete the work. They did not go back and check everything as well as they needed to. But we set this up with them ahead of time so it was not like it was a surprise when they got here. The price was fine.

The Professional Touch, LLC painters arrived on time and worked diligently and professionally for four days to complete our job on time and to superb standards. Owner and senior painter, Florencio and his fellow team members were quiet, careful, efficient, and treated our property and our personal space with respect. They were exactly the type of professional tradesmen you hope for because they were a pleasure to have in our home. We certainly will have them back when we need additional painting and we most strongly will recommend them to our neighbors.

Florencio and his team did a great job. From the scheduling to the service itself, the experience was top notch. They were able to get the job done efficiently and the quality was very good. They were quite personable and pleasant while they were working in our house, which made the always fairly awkward experience of having pros come in to do work for you that much easier and more comfortable. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to get the work done without sacrificing quality. I will be recommending Florencio's services to anyone I know in the area who needs work done

It was ok. It wasn’t the best paint job. It took a while to set up scheduling. Two painters came out and they cleaned up when they finished.

Florencio did fantastic work. He was professional, called personally to discuss the details of the job, and was very accommodating. We were out of town when he did the work; Florencio and his team left no trace that they'd even been there, except for the wonderfully improved walls! I would not hesitate to call on him again for additional paint work or other jobs.
