Description of Work: I've used this company before so I expected the same quality and professionalism and was not disappointed. This time it was a small job with little warning and with only one available day I could have the room painted but they fit me in and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Florencio and his team were great! Very happy with their work, professionalism, punctuality. Had new painting to be done as well as some touch up paint from warranty work. Also to correct a mess I made. The work was great and priced reasonably. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Florencio and his colleague came to our home to repair two ceiling cracks, and an area where we had a leaky washing machine. It took two trips to complete the job as the joint compound had to set and dry. He gave us great directions on how to sand and paint the repair work. He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely call him first in the future regarding and drywall or paint jobs we may have.

Description of Work: Painted interior of house. I think they did a good job and I would hire them again. I was a little disappointed that they didn't get the paint colors exactly corrent (used the same, or very similar "white-type" paint for the ceiling and walls [walls were to be very light tan]), but they did take $200 off the original price of $1600 for the mistake. I would have given them an "A" rating had the gottent he colors right and maybe did some detail work better. They were prompt and professional and I really don't have any complaints (other than I just mentioned). I could give them and "A" too, but the mix-up of the color was a little frustrating and I didn't have time to let teh put another coat of the correct color paint on the walls.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, $25 for $100 of drywall work. Florencio contacted me within 24 hours and discussed the job with me in detail. He had me send him photos of the area and was very thorough in his preparation. We set up a date for him to come out and complete the work, and although he was running a bit late (half an hour), he got to work immediately and did an excellent job. He repaired the drywall in our master bathroom along the edge of the wall and ceiling, as well as two spots where the shower curtain rod had been pulled out of the wall. He was very up-front about the work and the cost, and we were very pleased with the results. We would use Florencio and Professional Touch LLC again.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $299 for two handymen for four hours each. It was fine. Scheduling was pretty easy.

Description of Work: The contractor was very prompt in getting in touch with me. Unfortunately, they are unable to do wallpapering, which is my primary need. The contractor was upfront about that, which I really appreciated. I should have done my homework before signing up for this Big Deal. That was my fault.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for 2 hours of handyman services. They said I needed to replace my garbage disposal but I do not need to.

Description of Work: Both gentlemen were excellent: courteous, professional, and skilled. They performed drywall patches and minor painting to touch-up the drywall. I didn't have enough work to use up the paid time slot, but the gentlemen were excellent at the tasks performed.
