They charged an hourly rate which was discounted if an entire day was required. I can't remember the exact amount but it was the best rate when compared with other handyman company hourly rates.

He told me he would arrive at 9, then didn't get there until 9:30. Not a big deal because he told me he would be staying until after 5 to make up the time. He did arrive with someone but I thought he worked with a helper and that this was his routine. He knew I purchased his handyman special and told me he would be there until after 5pm, I was expecting eight hours. When he came inside to go through the list he immediately told me he could not fix the window. I accepted that, no problem. Then when we went upstairs to look at the bathroom, he then told me he was only doing touch ups not painting the whole bathroom. This was not what I expected. I purchased a new color of paint and a bag of 20/20 to skim the walls as he requested the night before. Since he was only going to touch up we needed to find the original paint in a closet. He also opened the 20/20 bag and used a small bit but did not skim the walls, just touched them up. This was not what I expected. Since he wasn't painting the whole bathroom I quickly asked him to take the shower glass door down, that went well and glad he removed it. It only took a half hour because after going through the list I had to go back to home depot and purchase a small piece of trim and when I returned by 10:30AM, the door had been removed. I truly expected him to stay until 5pm, do a better job on the bathroom and put the handles on the cabinet doors. He patched a few nail holes in the bedroom and I guess he expected this to compensate for not skimming and painting the bathroom. He did get the caulking completed. My husband still had to go back to the house and put the handles on the cabinets. If Florencio was being honest he would not have told me he was staying until after 5 and he could have gotten all the work completed. He knew I paid for the $299. special. Plus, if my list had too much work, he should have addressed this the night before and not had me purchase all the extra materials.

Everything went well. They were on time, professional, and did a good job.

Shelves hung in wrong room, electric switch installed upside down. Some rooms were not properly painted all the up the wall. Some of the other things were done well like repair of the mantle piece and and fixing out door light, painting of room and ceiling was done well.. When asked to fix the problems he was happy to fix them but that of course requires another visit,

This Big Deal isn't working out for me. The description of what his services include was incorrect. He does not do minor carpentry unlike the description said. He needs to be more specific in the future. He was very prompt in calling me back.

His specialty is probably painting but I would rate the handyman service as fair to good. He completed the work in a timely manner but did not align the numbers correctly after a couple of attempts.

Purchased the handyman-for-the-day Big Deal for $299, and decided to hire to regrout our upstairs shower. This is a tough, hot, cramped job and I was thankful the handyman agreed to the job. The job quality overall was good. The handyman did note some tiles were falling off the wall, and agreed to reinstall them to avoid future problems. Great initiative. The quality of the regrouting was average. The handyman recommended pre-mixed grout for the shower, which is not to be used in shower environments. He completed the job with my original materials instead, and did a decent job. There were several spots, particularly along the shower seams, that were overlooked. Overall, however, it was decent and likely bought us several more years of use before deciding to re-tile or remodel the shower.

I emailed the company to set up an appointment for the work, and he promptly emailed me back saying that he was sorry, but didn't service my area. I'm now looking for another company to honor the Deal.

Good work overall. He uses good materials for patching up walls (recommended against using the products I bought from home depot) but if you have young kids (as I do), he'll recommend against sanding the walls because of the dust and his handyman deal doesn't include painting - so that's good to know ahead of time.

He showed up on time and I gave him an idea of what I needed him to do. Since the movers were here as well I was going all over the house as needed and he found things to do when I wasn't in the room.

Florencio was great to work with. I walked him through everything I need to have done around the house in anticipation of our baby's arrival this summer. He was courteous and professional and completed all of the work in a reasonable amount of time. He put up with my mind-changing a few different times and worked with me to make sure I was happy. He didn't seem rushed or annoyed when I would change my mind or think of a new thing to be done. I will certainly use him in the future for more work around my house. His painting job was impeccable as well.

Florencio was extremely responsive and professional, contacting me right away to set up a date. He also confirmed again before the appointment and arrived on time.

After I described the work needed and set up an appointment, Florencio explained that the drywall work was more time consuming than one day and more complicated than handyman work, which I completely understand. He arrived on time and was very professional and meticulous/detail-oriented from start to finish. He communicated every major aspect of the work throughout the day and the process very well. His works shows that he pays attention to every deal. Also, he went above and beyond what I asked him to do by sanding areas of drywall and paint from a prior job that was done very poorly. He has not finished the job yet because I only hired his services for a day, but he will be back next week and I'm sure he will complete the job in an excellent and timely fashion. I am a very satisfied customer so far and highly recommend Professional Touch.

Florencio was a. Very professional individual to work with. Prior to the appointment he was in contact with me to inquire about details of the job I had to ensure he brought the appropriate hardware. He arrived on time and was very detail oriented in his work. Hanging frames is not difficult work but time consuming and requires someone with the patience to measure thoroughly and Florencio was the man for the job. I would hire him again!

I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. I called and received a voice message and my call was returned the same day. We made an appointment, he came over on time, he was very detailed oriented and he did the work requested and extra. I was very happy and would recommend him to anyone who cares about the quality of work that is needed in their home. I will hire him again for additional work that I need to have done in my home.

We were looking for someone to come in quickly to complete the three bedrooms and kitchen so I called Florencio Patino. He was very quick to respond and was able to schedule the painting quickly. He arrived on time with one other person and measured the space and gave us an estimate of work that needed to be done. There was some patching and repair in the walls as well so they took care of all that. These guys were punctual, and worked through the day quietly getting everything done. They moved efficiently and finished in two days. They did not rush after finishing the work but instead cleaned the floors in the rooms to make sure there was no dust or residue left over from the painting. I am very happy with the service.

Professional Touch personnel arrived on time. Assessed the problem with the vents. Offered a couple of solutions with pros and cons for each. They performed the job in a professional manner. When finished they cleaned the area. Excellent service. I would definitely use this company again.

Arrived on time. Orginal work was average not great. Patch work was average. 2 men worked but took many phone calls. We took off the all the plates and outlet covers. Any covers we did not take off were painted over. When they left the house was very messy with dry wall dust and there is still some paint on my floors and kitchen cabinents. I do not own a dry vac. He used my vaccum to clean up. They did not bring their own. I spent hours cleaning after they left. At the end of the 8 hours, he suggested he could come back (I thought with two men.). Mr. Patino said he would do the hall and stairs outside the contract. He came back alone and did not do the trim or doors, he did do hallway walls and ceiling. The last painters I hired off Angie's List were more professional and their work was a much higher quality. We would not hire Mr. Patino again. We felt he took advantage of us. He clearly did not think the price he gave Angie's list was fair. He even thought the price he gave me for the stairs was too low and that he had done me a favor. When I confronted him, he said the work the second day was not part of Angie's List and anything written on the deal had nothing to do with his work in the hallway. Mr Pationo is very friendly and nice, but he was not honest with me. He told me he would "paint" the hallway and stairs. He did not say he was only painting the walls and celing. When he left, he said there was a "communications" problem. He did not offer in any to come to an agreement. He said he should have charged me more.

Excellent - they finished everything within a day and I was able to get the carpet installed the very next day.

Very satisfied with the quality of the work and the total experience. Looking forward to using this firm for other projects.

I originally purchased a $59 ticket through Angie's List for Professional Touch LLC for two hours of service to replace a closet shelf in late November of 2012. At the time, I asked Mr. Patino about re-screening. He stated that he could do the work and that I could purchase a one day ticket directly from him for $350. On December 17, 3012, Mr Patino arrived almost two hours late and completed the work in just over four hours. His charge for the work was $350. I asked how he was charging and he started that he was charging by the job. I told him that my understanding was that he was charging by the day. My typical work day is a minimum of eight hours. My bad for assuming that the typical work day for Mr. Patino would be seven to eight hours. The re-screening was recently done so Mr. Patino's work appears to be quite acceptable. If you decide to contract with Mr. Patino, do get your agreement including estimated charges and estimated time to do the work up front and in writing. I requested a written receipt from Mr. Patino and he responded that he would send it in email. I have not received the email yet.

We had a leak coming from our shower down into ceiling below, and we could not figure out the source of the leak. Florencio graciously offered to come take a look at the leak before giving us a quote and agreeing to do the work. He spent an hour trying to understand the leak before giving us an honest assessment with price quote and (with our approval) proceeding with the necessary repairs. The repairs involved removing old grout from wall shower tiles and re-grouting (the water appeared to be traveling through the wall). In addition, Florencio did a number of smaller projects throughout our house. In particular, he painted a bedroom ceiling for us, repaired a running toilet, replaced a faulty light switch, and fixed+repainted 2 holes in our drywall which were cut open during the leak search. We were extremely pleased with Florencio's professionalism and dedication to completing the tasks at hand. He is respectful of his clients' time and budget, and was always punctual. In all, we were very happy with his work and will definitely call him if the need arises in the future.

He came when he said he would be here and finished when he said he would finished. Cleaned before he left so no mess.
