JR is Professional, Communicative, Capable, Honest and with Integrity. I believe this company is well managed and smart. It is clear they value satisfied Customers and recognize it is the best marketing possible. The process did not have any surprises (no hidden costs), scope of project understood/discussed/clarified up front. I feel fortunate to have found Pro Edge, would use them again, and highly recommend them.

Overall service was good, communication was clear and services were provided in a timely manner. Slight language barrier with the actual painters, but they were professional, clean, and courteous. We would hire the company again.

Albeit a small job, Pro Edge Painting was very professional. Came out the day after I called for a quote and discussed the work to be performed. Explained that this was just phase 1 of paining that we would need to have complete and were looking for a company that we could do future business with. Price was lower than other quotes obtained and work was scheduled a week later. Extremely happy with the finished work and will be calling JR and his team to come back this fall and work on the interior of the house.

JR was kind, professional and thorough. His teams were also professional and did awesome work! Will definitely use Pro Edge again for future painting needs.

From start to finish, Pro Edge Painting provided excellent service. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable when he did our estimate. Once we decided to use Pro Edge, we were offered a free consultation by a designer to help with choosing paint colors. She did a wonderful job of recognizing my tastes and offering color suggestions that worked together. Once the painting began we were given a team of three talented and efficient painters who showed up on time each day and finished the project in the four days projected. Each day they left the house clean and tidy, even doing things they didn't need to do like hanging my curtain rods back up, just to be helpful. I liked how there was a foreman on site the whole time and he was visited twice by the field supervisor who made sure I was happy and that the work was on track. They offered to come back if we needed any touch-ups, but everything looked great! The communication was excellent and the work done was quality. I highly recommend this company and we look forward to using them again when it is time to paint our exterior.

Pro Edge was very professional and accommodating. We were in a bit of a time crunch and they were able to fit us right in!!! We had everything painted from the ceiling, to the walls and trim. It all looks great and I would definitely use them again in the future!!

Pro Edge came out and gave us a quote that was under what I expected it to be. They then scheduled us for within a week from the estimate. Their team showed up exactly when scheduled, repaired the ceiling drywall, painted, cleaned and were gone within 5 hours. By the next day, you couldn't tell there had ever been a foot wide hole in the drywall across our basement. This is the second time we've contracted with Pro Edge, and I won't hesitate to call them in the future for any painting or drywall needs.

Pro Edge did an excellent job. Their painters were professional, thorough and did a good job cleaning up the area. They recommended we replace some fascia boards on the gazebo, which we knew needed replacing, and did everything over the course of two days. When we reconsidered painting the roof joists in the screened porch, they worked us into the schedule within a week to finish everything up quickly. We would definitely use them again.

Pro Edge did a fantastic job painting our new barns. The company provided a detailed estimate promptly and completed the work on time, on budget, and as promised. The crew was polite, highly skilled, and worked hard. They also took care to keep the work site tidy and left it clean when they finished. This is the second project we did with Pro Edge. They also painted the interior of our house earlier this summer and did a great job. We plan to use them for other projects and highly recommend them.

Pro Edge came in on a very tight timeline and did drywall repair (settling; nail pop marks and drywall tape repairs) and a full repaint of the house (all 4 floors) in 4 days. We were part of a work relocation and had to get the house ready to sell in a very small window. JR was great! He worked with us and our schedule and had people at our house on the day slated and enough folks for the work too! They had the drywall work done on day one and the painting completed by day 3 in all but the Master (we had the pets locked in the Master on day's 1 and 2 and they worked to ensure a room upstairs was available by the end of day 2 for us to move them into so they could start work on the master on day 3). Day's 3 & 4 they had a team working the Master suite and had it completed by the end of day 4. The house looked amazing! They replaced a light in the master bath for us and redid the grout work and re-caulked the shower in addition to painting the entire bathroom and bedroom, all the stairwells, foyer, loft, etc. I can't say enough. They did what they needed to do, in the time they needed to do it and at final walk through, I pointed out a few spots that needed touch up and there was someone there touching it up shortly afterwards. I highly recommend them as they truly do care about the work they perform and excel in customer satisfaction.

Outstanding. Pro Edge power-washed the house in half a day and completed the painting in roughly three days. The crew of three worked non-stop during some pretty brutal heat. We had a couple of coolers of water and sport drinks from them. Pro Edge management stopped by every day to check status. Cleanup was perfect, and at my request they left samples from the different paints and stain for future matching if needed. I was kept informed by J.R. and Charles through out it all. From the initial estimate through final check they exceeded all expectations.

Horrible. Less than a Year after completion, most of the board that were replaced, the paint is splitting between the boards and have multiple spot where paint is bubbling out. My Home is now vulnerable to Rain, Weather, and Insect Infestation. Power Washing: Either You need to do it, so You need to do every inch of the House, or You don't need to do it, so why bother...? I had to have them come back multiple times to complete the power washing, I have pictures of the spider webs and insect nests that survive the multiple "Thorough" power washings. One little mud nest remained untouched through the washings and even through Them calling the job complete, Twice! I had to point it out for Them. Our Siding is 30 Year old Cedar Siding, the South facing side was Heavily Weathered and many boards needed replacing. The contract was to replace with "Like" material, He chose Un-Primed pine siding to replace heavily damaged boards that face the sun, with no shade. Other contractor that I had spoken to recommended Pre-Primed siding due to the exposure, Pre-Primed siding is dried and has primer on all surfaces which helps resist swelling and contracting from heat and moisture, this Guy said what He was using would be fine, obviously not... Even if the paint He used contains primer, the back side is still left vulnerable to moisture and expansion and contraction, which will split the paint between the boards. Exactly what I have happening. I had Him come back out before the paint was even a month old to repaint the seems, and a couple times after that. Not to mention spots He missed initially, I had to have Him come out a few times After the Job was "Done" correct bubbling and obviously missed areas. I recently called to have them come Back out to touch up the seems. I was told that He couldn't keep coming out to the House to do touch ups, stating No Company guarantees caulking. So, He blames the splitting of the paint between the boards on the caulking between the boards, which He will not correct. Of course it was He who chose which caulking to use, which boards to use, which Paint to use, and which methods to use. So He chose material that can't stand up to the job, and I get stuck with the consequences. Now I have to find a way to correct what He did and protect my Home

The company did an outstanding job. The prior paint colors were completely covered and I did not observe any imperfections. The trim work was first rate and high quality. The company made good choices on what rooms and walls to paint, and they earned my complete trust. The owner was extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. I was thoroughly impressed and I will choose them again the next time I need professional painting.

All work went as planned. They addressed my punch out items in less than 24 hours. Strongly recommend.

Pro Edge provided very high quality services every step of the way. Each person we encountered was courteous and professional. The painting crew worked diligently for 5 days. They were very skilled and work efficiently as a team to get the job done. The results are beautiful and we feel as if we have a brand new home.

It went very well. The painters were very careful in protecting my home. The cabinets came out just beautiful.

The process was great from the beginning. The owner, JR, came to my home at a time that worked well with my schedule, did a walk through of the home, and provided me with a written estimate the same day. The estimate outlined the costs associated with each part of the job (kitchen, living room, master bedroom etc). My wife and I just purchased the home and there was a lot of drywall repair that needed to be done. His team's finished product has the inside of our home looking brand new. The job only took his team about 3 days to complete. JR was very responsive throughout the process and even emailed me a few times while he was away for Memorial Day weekend. I think each of my emails were responded to within about 5-10 minutes. We are set to have new flooring put in soon and JR even offered to have a team member complete and necessary "touch-ups" should the flooring installers scrape and parts of the walls during the process. Highly recommend Pro Edge Painting.

Great work! An excellent crew came and efficiently processed the required work. They were patient with our concerns and carefully gave extra assistance with restoring the room.

Extremely well, and right from the start (inclusive of the pitch/contract/managing expectations). Their brochure and paperwork is a lesson for others in the "right way to do it". Very clearly outlines terms, FAQs, and manages expectations properly between them and the client. Being a "process guy", I really liked that. Very communicative about scheduling, and even when there were slight timing misses (which happen with crews), one phone call and the owner was at our door inside of 10 minutes. The work is as expected - professional and great looking! Crew was courteous, English-speaking, attentive to cleaning, and doing the job right. They were not the least expensive, but not the most. I think "cost to value" is the right question and we felt very good about that, given that there were no real headaches at all here compared to other remodelers. Very happy with them. Would strongly recommend to others.

we have used pro edge before and would use them again. They Are competent, show up on time , and in the unlikely event something is not done to your satisfaction, they will make it right.

From the very first contact with Pro Edge Painting the communication was amazing. I say this because I am extremely picky with communication and customer service, having worked 10 or so years in a high end customer service environment. My first contact was on a weekend, I think Sunday, later at night. JR, the owner, had e-mailed me back within an hour or so if not less. He set up an appointment to come give me an estimate right away. The day of the estimate JR actually called and asked to come earlier as he had finished his other appointments. I was tied up with another project so he waited on me to get home as soon as I could. The estimate went very fluid. JR introduced himself, gave me a small packet about his company, and explained all facets about how they work. He explained that he has quite a few people that work for him full time year round and he doesn't just pick up day laborers. He explained that his field supervisor is his brother but their would always be someone on the site that could speak good English in case I need to communicate with anyone. We proceeded through the house and JR made notes and we discussed everything we wanted taken care of. Later that day I got an estimate emailed from JR for $4747.00. This included everything minus the doors, trim, and windows that I had planned to do myself. Later on we added the doors, windows, and trim to save our self the hassle and the cost fluctuated up by $964 and the total came to $5711. My wife and I signed the contract and sent a 1/3 deposit. JR and I set the work date and he explained they give a color consultation with their work from an interior designer for free. My wife and I were hesitant at first as we like to be in control but this turned out to be a great option as it took out all the back and forth and indecisiveness we encounter in choosing paint colors. JR and I had numerous e-mail conversations between the contract signing and the beginning of the work. This was all induced by my questions and JR was always very responsive from a few minutes to an hour or so, nothing more. Fast forward to the start date. JR's foreman and crew showed up prior to the 0800 start time, introduced themselves and explained the work. I explained I wanted to start from the top down to have our bedrooms complete first and they agreed. The crew began right away moving all the furniture to the center of the rooms and laying plastic over everything. Guys dispersed through the house and just started working. By the end of the first day both bedrooms upstairs were complete with just the hall, stairwell, and bathroom needing work the next day. Through the next two days the work continued at a thorough but fast pace. I don't know much about drywall other than I'm horrible at working with it but you could tell they were absolutely paying attention to quality but they just had so many guys it went fast! We allotted 4 days but the job was complete in 3. As the crew left for the nights I checked over the work and found any little imperfections I could that needed to be touched up. There was very little. In fact, through the entire job the following are all the touch-ups needed that were address right away. One wall along with the fireplace trim in our middle living room needed a little more paint coverage due to the dark brown color the prior owner used. The second floor bathroom need a little more blending where we removed the square mirror with intentions of installing an oval mirror. The same bathroom need a little more touch up work around and under the new light fixture we installed prior to this venture. The second floor bedroom needed the window ledge touched up where one side of the blind wasn't latched, the blind got pulled out of the bracket and dented/scratched the window seal paint. On the third day I showed the crew all of these things and they were all remedied right away with excellent detail! During this last day the crew actually did a walk through with me and showed me a couple little paint imperfections I hadn't noticed but they fixed those as well. Through the entire project the whole crew was friendly. They spoke to me, laughed, joked, and carried on a conversation from time to time and even played with the new puppy we got the weekend before this project started. I failed to mention previously but JR stopped by the first day to make sure things were going as planned, his field supervisor/brother Charles stopped by on both days 2 and 3 to make sure everything was going well also. I can't explain enough how pleased I am with JR and his crew's work. I say this because I am EXTREMELY picky with detail but I am HORRIBLE when it comes to painting or things like drywall that take a certain art to do. I really don't have a leg to stand on since I'm so bad at it but my expectations are so high. JR and Pro Edge Painting do excellent work and I plan to utilize them for other outside work later this summer.

Mr. J.R. Deering owner of ProEdge Painting provided superb customer service, he was always very responsive to our e-mails, and his attention and passion for providing professional work was unlike any other we have ever experienced. The team managed by his brother Charlie and lead by Juan the foreman were all outstanding. We were amazed by the excellent and attention to detail oriented paint work that the crew completed. They were clearly very proud of their work and their work ethic, commitment, and courtesy was very impressive. The bottom line ProEdge Painting is 100% about customer satisfaction, we found a discrepancy and J.R. promptly sent a couple of members of the crew back to our house and they corrected it immediately. The crew was punctual every day and they left the house spotless when they completed the job. We plan on using ProEdge Painting again in the future and absolutely recommend them for any interior or exterior painting project you may be planning.

The job was completed exactly as we discussed in about half the time. J.R, Chris, and their employees were very professional and easy to work with. We would definitely use them again.
