Pro Edge Painting LLC

This was a great experience. Pro Edge is very professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. We have had other painting contractors in the past, but they don't compare favorably to Pro Edge. I would hire them again without hesitation. They may be slightly higher priced than others performing similar work in our area, but it is well worth it.

Outstanding! J.R. (owner) and Mike did a terrific job of keeping us informed about the progress of the project, both for preparation and execution. They listened to our questions and concerns about the project and acted upon our input. The crew was very accommodating as well, and anxious to show us their work. And the work itself is flawless. Our exterior trim work was relatively complex, requiring at least 4 paint types. I can find no flaws - it truly looks spectacular. Super responsiveness to go along super work at a great price.

I was moving into a new townhouse at the end of 2016 and wanted to paint the main kitchen/living/dining room area as well as two bathrooms and the master bedroom prior to moving in. JD was fantastic to work with - gave me written estimates that included all the details of the work and answered my many questions in a timely manner. His painting crew were great. The came on time, worked continuously over 2 days and cleaned up the entire place after everything was finished. I was especially impressed with their communication about the job status and that they weren't willing to cut corners with the pain job (I chose a very dark color for the master bedroom and they had to use more paint that anticipated, but did not charge me extra) The paint job looks absolutely fantastic and continues to do so a year after it was completed. I highly recommend Pro Edge painting for their professionalism, competitive cost and high quality work and would hire them again.

Teams arrived on time. They were very professional. Repaired areas were done beautifully so that you could not tell that any replacement had been done. They had to take down a very large heavy awning to access the wood trim behind it. I would definitely hire them again.

It went well. J.R. did a site survey and pulled together a quote within a week of our first contact. He is responsive on email, which helped us address questions quickly and schedule a time for the project. As an example, we initially did the estimate assuming that the rain gutters and downspouts would be painted. Upon learning from Leaf Guard that this would negate the lifetime warranty, J.R. agreed to paint around the them and deducted the paint from the original estimate. The work team was polite and nominally on time. They left the job site cleaned up every day. They did a great job replacing the bad wood on the back deck with PVC and straightening out the warped boards on the front porch. They did a combination of spray, hand rolling and hand painting. The operations manager sent me a daily email which informed me of the progress made relative to the overall plan. The project was completed in less than a week and the house looks great.

ProEdge did a fantastic job painting our two story foyer, fireplace, and also helping us remove and patch up trim above our fireplace. J.R. and his team were wonderful to work with. Highly professional, and we look forward to working with them again in the near future!

Excellent experience. Estimate, contract, change order (our request) and payment processes were easy. We took advantage of the designer to choose our paint colors. Job was completed exactly as agreed. Very comfortable having Jose and his crew of 2-4 in our home for 3 days. Final touch-up completed promptly.

Excellent. The crew was very professional in all respects. They were always punctual and cleaned up every day. They worked closely with us with regard to their schedule so that we could make sure the rooms were ready for painting ( move our personal stuff out of the rooms to be painted). The took care to cover and protect our furniture. Of particular value was the assistance of a free designer to help with color choices.

It was really easy to get the quote and schedule the paint job. It did take a little longer than anticipated but the painters did the job right. I am thrilled with the result. When cleaning up, there was a little damage to the polyurethane on the hardwood floors (from when they pulled up the painters' tape) but the owner made it right without any hesitation and had someone who specialized in flooring fix it for me. Overall, I am very happy with the company and will use them again for future projects.

This company had our complete confidence from the beginning estimate until the completion of the project, for example, during the estimate they showed a knowledge of the current paint on our walls and pointed out things that really didn't need to be done like the woodwork and molding is beautiful doesn't need paint. The workers arrived at the exact time planned each day. They worked very efficiently and professionally. We were pleasantly surprised by how they moved and replaced all of our items in the exact places with no damage. We have hardwood cherry floors, and my china cabinet is filled with my grandmothers 19th century discontinued china. They moved it without one dish out of place. I left early one day while they were painting the kitchen area, planning to come home and replace all of the collectible items that were placed above my kitchen cabinets. I walked in and everything was back in the exact place. I said how did you do that? They took a picture so they could remember where everything was to be placed. Ed and his crew were amazing. They were friendly and really took pride in their work. Also, since we were having complete levels painted, I was very concerned about choosing the wrong colors that wouldn't work together. Pro Edge sent Christine, an interior designer, to my home to help me coordinate the colors and make sure everything would work. After choosing the colors, I was so excited and ready to proceed. Our home looks beautiful. They did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again.

JR and his team were excellent to work with. They were clean, courteous, and a job site supervisor was present throughout the process. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. For example, the job site supervisor didn't like how a piece of trim was hung. It looked fine to me, but he wasn't satisfied and asked his laborers to rehang it! Wow. These guys are real professionals. If you enjoy working with quality contractors, choose Pro Edge. You won't be disappointed.

Very well. Referred from neighbor who was getting work done at the same time. The person performing the estimate came when he said he would. The workers came on the day they were expected and finished the job early. Work was quality. I would definitely hire again.

The estimate was provided by Jeremy Thompson. Jeremy was very professional, personable and thorough in identifying the work to be done and letting me know what I could expect from the painters. The work was completed by Ed Salazar and his crew and appears to have been done in a good workmanlike manner, which is exactly what I expected. Ed and his crew were always on time, extremely diligent and hardworking and treated my wife and I with courtesy and respect. Ed was always eager to know if I had a problem with anything, and answered and addressed my every question and concern. Considering all this, I think Pro Edge is fortunate to be able to employ such a high-quality professionals.
