This guy is a good guy in general but in my opinion he needs to learn how to answer the phone and respond to customers. I had setup a lock replacing for my new home and I had tried to contact him hundreds of times, left messages and never calls back. If you have a small project say like 5 locks he is probably in my opinion serving his bigger clients spending more money but at have the courtesy to tell someone your too busy to take on more work. Really unprofessional. No call and no show.

I called Chris on Thursday afternoon to request an estimate to change three locks on a rental property. He answered the phone himself, was polite and pleasant, and quoted a reasonable price to come out the next morning, so we agreed on an appointment. The next morning, he arrived right on time and took care of my request quickly and courteously for the price agreed upon. Would use again!

Chris came exactly when promised, completed the job promptly and did exactly what he promised for a fair price. Excellent work.

I called Priority Lock and Key around 10AM and left a message. In about 10 minutes, my call was returned. I asked for the cost ($50 less than company I called first) and scheduled an appointment for the same day. In less than two hours, Chris was here. It took about 10 minutes to rekey both locks and give me my new keys. Everything worked perfectly. I also asked him a question about solving an issue with my kids opening my sliding doors and he had a great suggestion which I can do myself. After 10 minutes, the work was done and the price was as quoted. He was professional and kind.
