A couple of weeks ago we noticed that water was dripping down the middle of our gutters and we realized they were badly clogged. With all of the heavy rains that we have been having over the past month, we knew we needed to get our gutters cleaned as soon as possible to prevent water damage into our house. I do not have a ladder long enough to reach the top of our roof, so I looked on Angie's List to find a reliable gutter cleaning company. I e-mailed a few different ones, and Tom from Precision Gutter Services got back to me the same day and was able to schedule within 2 days to have them cleaned. He and one of his crew members brought tall enough ladders and thoroughly cleaned out all of the leaves, dirt, and debris from the gutters and the downspouts. They left the area clean and the service was very affordable. We are happy that we hired them and the gutters and downspouts are draining properly now even with more heavy rain we got this week.

Precision Gutter has cleaned my gutters for years. I emailed recently when I noticed water dripping from the middle of my back gutter during a rainstorm. Quick response to clean my gutters. They also renailed the gutters where needed. And no problem during later storms.

Tom kept us informed along each step of the process, noting when previously unexposed panels had rotted, describing options, and answering all of our questios.

Outstanding service, response time, and quality. Coordinated the removal of the old gutters to coincide with the exterior house painting and installed the new ones after the painting was complete. Could not have asked for a better experience. Tom is first class!

I have been using Precision Gutters for more than 10 years. They come twice a year for gutter cleanings. They are prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. I have also used them for gutter replacement and they did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Work was done on Wednesday; called Precision the Friday before. The company is busy and solidly booked. The owner and one helper arrived when they said they would on Wednesday and completed the work in one hour. My house has gutters in some places 40 feet above ground level, and this was no problem for them. The removed the muck and ran clean water thru the system to flush it out. One downspout had to be snaked. They are honest professionals and I will definitely use them again. They requested payment by check in the mail which I sent the next day. I set up a regular schedule for them to clean my gutters twice a year, Spring and Fall.

Tom and his team did a fantastic job. Arrived when promised and delivered with high quality. My new gutters kept my basement dry throughout the entire storm season and I have Tom and Precision Gutters to thank. I highly recommend them.

We've been using Tom for 3+ years to clean our gutters - ever since we moved into our house and the lady we bought it from recommended we keep using him. He has always been great to work with, but today he made sure he made it to our house despite the pouring rain to get our gutters cleaned before the hurricane arrived. What a huge relief it is to know they're cleaned before the real rain comes - he really went above and beyond!!

Our gutters needed cleaning and a downspout needed to be reattached. The workers arrived on time, were professional and quick. They inspected the gutters and all the downspouts, cleaned them out and made necessary repairs. I have used this company in the past and will again.

He is a great guy. He does a lot of things around the house when he comes every time to clean the gutters. The last time he came was in January and fixed the walls around the chimney and did not charge a lot for the services. He is awesome, does a good job and honest. I had once called Tom to check a leaking roof and he fixed that for me. He does so many things around and he is really good.

He is totally reliable.
