Natural Wonder Lawn Service

I have been using Natural wonder lawn care services for nearly 10 years now. A neighbor recommended them to me. Their price points were fair and I have been happy with their services until now. I have annual contract for the same services every year. On April 1, 2020, I had my first lawn cut for the year. For the first time they left all the clippings on top of the cut grass. It was pointed out to me by my brother who was visiting and asked that I call them to come back and clean it because it did look bad. I texted the owner of the company and told him what has happened and sent him pictures. He thank me for letting him know. By the weekend, the clippings had dried up and looks awful. In addition, some of the clippings might have blown over to my neighbors lawn. I texted the owner again to have his crew come and clean it. I was told It will an additional charge to have the clippings cleaned and bagged. I was totally surprised since that has never been the case in 10 years of service. The owner then proceeded to tell me he can’t afford to take care of the clippings of my lawn and that there is too many clippings during summer. After 10 years of service this Is the response from the owner for my first complaint. I’m very disappointed of the treatment I received.

The contractor estimated 2.5 days to complete the work and finished the job in 2 days. We were very satisfied with the finished product and would use them in the future.
