+ 0 moreHe was on time and courteous. The work was not good. It was cosmetically awful. It does not look good at all. The roof doesn't match and must have used parts that he already had. Some had spray paint on it. The gutters aren't as nice as they were. He wouldn't re-do anything without recharging us. The caulk was beige and our trim is white. He pounded out faceplates instead of replacing. They are still dimpled and wrinkled.
Description of Work: He replaced parts of the roof that had fallen tree damage. He also replaced and fixed some gutters and down spouts. He had to just repair the shingles.

+ -1 moreEstimate to install a shut off valve. Mr. Mullin's estimate was very good: $350 vs. $1,145. Because Mr. Mullens works alone, he is not always available, and we needed work performed at different time. Mr. Mullens arrived as promised, pleasant to speak with in person, and patiently answered all of our questions. I will consider him for other work. Recommended by a friend. (note: Former owner had larger water heater installed). Installer had removed main water shut off valve in order to get larger heater to fit, yet installer did not create a new shut off valve.
