Marcelo and his crew have been providing annual fall gutter cleanup, leaf blowing/leaf removal and lawn services for my family at my Vienna, Virginia residence for approximately 10 consecutive years. Throughout that time, Marcelo has also provided similar services to several other of my family members residing throughout the area. Without exception, Marcelo Lawn and Landscaping has performed their assigned work with exceptional competence and professional skill. Marcelo's crew has shown the ability to work outdoors in virtually any temperature and weather condition, without complaint. They always show up cheerful, respectful and eager to start their tasks. I used them very briefly after we bought our house, but changed to another service. They continue to service 6-7 houses in my immediate area that they have done forever. Their equipment is loud (no muffler) and not in good repair. They often sit with their equipment idling in the street while they repair it. They are also slow, and I've seen them take their 45 minute break in someone's yard, then carry on with their very noisy business. Rain not withstanding, they usually come on Saturdays - the only day some people can enjoy their back yard. Marcello needs to retire and give us some peace. Or at least get a muffler! PS - they butchered my neighbor's shrub when he asked them to prune it.

It went very well. My previous lawn mowing company stopped coming with no warning and by the time I realized it we were in need of immediate help. Marcello L&L was immediately available and came and did a good job and we got on their schedule. Today they came for a second time and they did another good job. Another need I have is snow removal in the winter and this company also does snow removal. I'm satisfied.

I have used Marcelo Landscaping for many yrs. as our lawn and landscape company. He and his crew do way more than just landscape and lawn work. They do water projects, retaining walls, decks, painting and more. He is very honest and trustworthy. Jobs are done professionally and everything is cleaned up as if nothing had been done. Can't say enough about Marcelo and his team. He was the only contractor out of 5 who said he would do the job. Others came and never gave estimates.
