If you are looking for quality workmanship and attention to detail, this is the painter for you! We never hire anyone to do work at our home. We always do what we can ourselves. It was time to get in a painter, we received several estimates from painters. Manuel and Sons was the ONLY estimate we received on paper, it was very professional and detailed. His price was very comparable to others but the level of professionalism and communication was unmatched by other painters we met. Manuel and his crew did an amazing job painting our house. We did a complete color change and also had a drywall repair from a leaking bathroom in our family room. His attention to detail and dedication to perfection truly shined through in the final result both inside and outside of our home. From the moment Manuel and his crew arrived at our home, I knew I was in good hands. His professionalism and expert knowledge of his craft were evident throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to us in regards to what what we needed repaired and painted. He worked with us and made some good suggestions that transformed our home into a masterpiece. Not only did he deliver on his promise of high-quality work, but he also completed the project in a timely manner. He always left everything neat and clean. His efficiency and work ethic are truly commendable. His talent for painting is evident in every stroke of the brush, and I am beyond grateful for the outstanding work Manuel and his crew did. I should mention, we hired Manuel and Sons for inside work only. My husband has always done painting and repairs himself. It was difficult for him to agree to bring someone in to help us. Once my husband saw the workmanship completed in our home, Manuel received another job from my husband to paint the outside shutters, porch and repair and paint trim. Everything looks great. We highly recommend Manuel and Sons.

I don't always write reviews but I am happy to do so this time around. Manuel (Manuel and Sons ) was puntual, maticulous, and professional. From the estimate to the day they arrived everything went smoothly. I am fond of this company as they take the extra mile to do a wonderful job as well as please their customers. I personally have rescheduled a few times because of my person issues and the company has always been understanding and accommodating. If you are in search of a trustworthy , reliable, hardworking company that will do a great job, this is it! From this point forward I will definitely call Manuel & Sons for any future interior/exterior painting, power washing and any other services they offer. You won't be disappointed ! *** please note my wall color before was a dark Manchester tan. While it suited the previous owner it definitely wasn't for me. I endured the color for 2.5 years until I took the plunge and went lighter. glad I did! 2-nd & 3rd- is what I have Now- thanks to Manuel & Sons! It's so beautiful in person the camera doesn't do it justice!

Excellent. The outside of my house looks great - both the repair job and painting were well done. The tape joints are finally fixed and look great (you can't see them) - they removed the paper tape, re-taped and plastered. They were on time, friendly and professional. They took proper care of my floor and furnishings, using drop cloths. This is the second time I've used Manuel and Sons. The first time they painted my stairwell and master bedroom which has a vaulted ceiling. I will certainly be using them for any future painting jobs.

Manuel contacted us the day prior to let us know what time he would be here to start. The team showed up 30 minutes early to get all their equipment ready before they came to the door at exactly the time he promised. We did a walk around in the house and I told him what paint colors to put where, and then I sat back. If I had questions he answered them, if he had questions I answered the. This was a two day project with the kitchen, living room, office, the entrance area and up the stairs, master bedroom and bath, and two additional full baths being painted. They were all very professional and quiet while they worked. I had neighbors stop and asked me to let them know if I would recommend them. I definitely will. Great job Manuel.

We've been using Manuel for several years, going back to 2000. He is a wonderful guy; very dependable, punctual, polite, professional,competitive in his pricing, and does quality work. I would definitely use him again, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs painting done.

The window looks brand new. The worker was efficient and very focused on completing the repair correctly. He also cleaned up after the work was completed. I would definitely use them again!

Manuel and the person answering the phones at his office were extremely professional and courteous. The estimate was timely and 100% accurate. We had the option of providing the paint or having it part of the job and we purchased our own paint. Manuel was very helpful in telling us how much paint to buy. He was on time and finished the job in one day. He and his partner came up with a clever way to deal with our rounded corners between rooms and how to deal with transitions from walls with chair rail to walls without. Not a drop of paint was spilled on our hardwood floors and they left the hallway cleaner than when they started! I recommend Manuel without reservation. Based on my recommendation, my neighbor is going to engage Manuel for a similar job. I have my and quot;go toand quot; painter for jobs I cannot or do not wish to do myself.

Manuel and his helper showed up 10 minutes early with everything they need to do our fairly large job without even seeing the space! All of my neighbors use him for years and they along with myself could not be happier. He is easily reachable by phone or email and takes great pride is his work. If you (like me) require lots of attention to detail in work being preformed around your house or office, Manuel is the one to call. He offered to come back anytime free of charge for touch ups, which is a far cry from typical NOVA painters. Sadly for me there were no touch ups, because they do great work. There is a reason half my neighbors use him, his work ethics and price are truly fantastic!

They are the best painters in the Northern Virginia area. I went out and got numerous quotes, and they were about 700 to 1000 dollars cheaper than anyone else I interviewed for the job. I have now had them paint two of my homes, and would without hesitation recommend their work. They are quick, but have the highest quality of work of any painter I have worked with in the past. Definitely use these guys if you want a fair price, and a job VERY well done.

They were excellent. Their price was very fair. He gives free estimates. They did a great job. There two people Manuel is the owner and one worker. The one thing I liked about hem was their attention to detail like there are many things in the kitchen and they were very neat and they were very particular in painting. Their professionalism, customer service and their quality of work was excellent. I would rate them high overall. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and use them again in the future.
