This company is absolutely fabulous! Joe, the owner, is a young guy who very concerned with customer satisfaction. I’ve already recommend his service to several people, and I’ll continue to do so.

They were fantastic. They even got the really hard part like the corners and the stairs. Both of them looked great. They had to use special tools to get the corners of the rooms and the grime on the stairs. They had stuff specifically to get all the crap out. It was really good stuff. They were friendly and I liked that they were human. They told me why they were doing things. They weren't robotic and asked if we had just moved in and said it looked really cool. They asked questions and said they could do this or this. They asked what I wanted. They were people; it was awesome. I intend to use them again because they do upholstery.

Everything was just fine. I just went with someone a littler closer to me and that companies price was better. Everything went fine though, they returned my call, and were very enthusiastic I just went with someone else. I remember them being very friendly.

It went fine, very professional, prompt. There were some stains in the DR that I thought they would have been able to get up better. I based this belief on other reports I'd read about the company and the job they have done for others. I didn't mind paying the money, but I just thought the carpet would have been a bit better looking; perhaps my expectations were too high.

Couldn't be more pleased with the professional crew that arrived at my home and the work completed. I highly recommend JCB and will definitely use the company again in years to come.

Everything went well. Price was very reasonable and they were recommended by my carpet installer, Clawes Carpets. The owner was responsive when I called him for a quote and for additional information. The crew was polite, respectful, and did a good job on the cleaning.

JCB was fantastic. This is the first time I used his service and I will never use anyone else. He was prompt, professional, fair and did the best cleaning job we have had in our home.
