We got the best price at Best Buy – Gainesville. They had an offer where, if the price of an appliance had to go down after one has purchased it, they would return the extra difference from the initial price paid. We price on the washer that we had purchased went down after a while and so we got our money back. They gave us the difference of the price deduction. They have the same policy for all their stores. The price that I paid for the washer might have been lesser than$800 since we also got some rebate. The first washer that we wanted was a slightly upgraded model, which was not in stock. So we got another model and it was delivered to us the next day. The only difference between the one we got and the one we didn’t get was with the temperature of the water by a certain number of degrees. I think that one has to be a little patient with the staff there. They usually don’t tell one about everything that one needs to know, about stocks mainly. Other than that, they were very willing to help. There was a small issue in the way they had charged us. The person who charged us was new and didn’t exactly know what he was doing. So we had to get that straightened. However, they were good about it and they got it done. Their delivery was fabulous. The delivery men were really good. They were prompt. They were very fast yet very careful. I was amazed to see how they maneuvered the appliance without damaging anything. There were no scratches or anything. They were wonderful. They hooked it all up very quickly; it was great. I would use them again in the future.
