+ 0 moreWe are second owners of current home where yard work is done as part of HOA dues. Over the last 12 years the workers kept cutting away sod as they yearly heavily edged the beds. The beds were now a foot larger than originally planned and out of balance with the home and yard. Contacted 4 companies to see if anyone was willing to re-sod the beds and return everything to original shape and balance. Of 4 only 2 replied as willing and only Fox actually came through. Sean was willing to do the work this fall, work within my budget and kept me informed of the timing for the job. He arrived when he said he would and did a wonderful job of putting down the sod and reshaping the beds. I am very pleased with the work and the way it looks. Sean was very pleasant, helpful and professional in his approach. He understood how to work with the sod and gave me guidance on the follow up. Now it is up to me to "supervise" the HOA workers so the work just completed is not undone.
Description of Work: Return beds around house to original shape which meant replacing lost sod. As yard workers edged over the years they would cut away about 1-2" of sod at each edging. Beds enlarged and grass shrank by 12" over the years. Balance and shape of the beds and yard was out of balance.

He always gave us reasonable timeframes in which the work would be completed and was always willing to break the projects up to fit our budget. I have attached pictures of our garden, patio and yard. Description of Work: We have been working with Sean Blain at Fox Landscapes for over 5 years. In our previous home he designed and built a deck, a paver stone patio, garden walls, and a walkway connecting the front and back yards. Each year he would design and landscape different areas in our yard, putting in trees, shrubs, flowering plants, annuals and perennials. Over the course of 5 years our yard and garden with the courtyard style patio and balcony/deck overlooking from the upper level was a beautiful garden "getaway" that we enjoyed from the first signs of spring through the Fall. We have always been extremely please with the work Sean has done for us. In addition to designing our patio, deck and gardens, Sean has been providing weekly maintenance and seasonal treatment for our lawn. He always does a great job, is very reliable and we love the way our yard looks. We are so pleased with the work Sean has done that we are working with him again for all of these projects at our new home. I highly recommend Sean Blain and Fox Landscaping to anyone who is interested in building a deck,or patio, and to anyone in need of landscaping design or lawn maintenance services.

Description of Work: I've used Fox Landscapes a number of times in the past few years, and the last job as noted above was the smallest one. Everything ranging from tree pruning, yard work, mulching and other treatments, building a new patio off my deck stairs, as well as general landscaping. In every case, the estimates have been fast, accurate, with the work done to my complete satisfaction when I needed it. While I've seen other service providers advertisements, I always start with Fox Landscapes and have never been disappointed.
