Great, Carpet installer fixed creaks in floor in hallway, Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring looks like wood but is completely waterproof and very durable. Work was done on time and all issues were taken care of without hesitation.

************ Please Read************* Before you choose this company to do your floors please have other estimates done. The owner of Floors for Life in Haymarket, VA started off to be very nice and his prices seemed very good. BUT I had him come to my house to measure my floors and he gave me an estimate of almost 400 SQF. His price per SQF was lower then most other places but when I had 3 other companies come and measure the MOST SQF estimate was 330 SQF. I called and asked him why his was so much higher and he had some lame excuse about how "his company" lays the carpet. When I told him that 3 other companies were quoting me a lot lower price his response was "Well use them then and good luck" Also one other thing the doors to the store almost always say open but he NEVER in his office. But the moral of the story is PLEASE DONT LET HIS PRICE PER SQF FOOL YOU, GET OTHER ESTIMATES...

Floors for Life did a nice job installing carpet in 2005. When I contacted them in 2012 to re stretch the carpet, they said they no longer perform this service. It was difficult to find someone to do this afterward.

The owner gave us samples to take home and worked within our budget to carpet over 1100 square feet. The workers arrived promptly, moved all necessary furniture, removed the old carpet and cleaned the floors before laying new carpet and pad. The work was done in one day. They tidied up every scrap and were extremely careful with freshly painted walls and trim.

They did an amazing job from A to Z. We got great customer service from Mike and his installation team. I have referred a few contractors I know to him and would refer anyone looking for carpet to them.

We were pleased with his work. They measured the area, made the rugs and delivered them. We will use them when we replace the bedroom wall to wall carpet.

The entire process went very well. Service was prompt and courteous. Installation was on time and done professionally. We would highly recommend "Floors For LIfe" for quality and value. Our estimate was significantly lower than other competitors. In conclusion, we were 100% satisfied with the services provided.

We visited multiple shops, and had Floors for Life as well as one other company visit the house for ideas/measurements. We went with a short shag in the living room that matched the Congoleum Duraceramic manufactured tiles in the kitchen. We went with the Duraceramic based upon reviews, desire to have warm flooring (vs. tile) that had a tile look. FFL took up the old flooring, put down new underlayment, and cut the door trim well to allow the flooring to go under the trim to provide a professional / new installation look. We have had the flooring for 9 months and are happy with the wear and look. FFL also left us extra tiles in case of potential future damage, as well as matching grout. FFL pulled out the old carpet in the living room, and swept up all of the dust/debris before putting down the new padding. I wish they would have vacuumed vs. using brooms to reduce the amount of dust that was generated, but that is a minor improvement. We like the flooring combination, and are happy so far with the quality, wear, and look.

We didn't agree on the carpeting that he put in. The quality of the carpet was not what we wanted. He ended up redoing the entire project and I then selected the carpeting that we wanted. He completely reinstalled it to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend his services for any type of flooring installation.

The sales service was very good. The installation crew came 1 1/2 hours early. They got the job done very quickly and cleaned up well. There was minor damage to the new baseboard in a closet. The padding and carpet looks and feels fantastic.

Installation was fast and professional. Mike, the owner was easy to work with over time and worked with our situation--we were moving and asked him to give an estimate by coordinated with our real estate agent to get access to the property before closing to ensure installation just after closing. Everything went very well and the floors look great! I would not hesitate to recommend Mike's outfit to friends or family.

He did a fantastic job. He was able to match to flooring that I had in my other rooms. He has a reliable crew.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. WE HAD THE COMPANY'S UNDIVIDED ATTENTION WHILE WE WERE THERE. THEY BEAT THE PRICE OF A COMPETING COMPANY IN THE AREA BY THROWING IN THE CERAMIC TILE FOR FREE.
