The weather was 5 degrees F on the day the were scheduled to do the work. The crew got there on time and worked until the job was done. They never complained about the cold working outside. unbelievable.

Tech arrived on time, completed the job within the time estimated, and was very professional.

The work was excellent. Timely and professional. Very high quality on both doors and windows. Will replace my front door next year and will use Exterior America for the job. This company not only does quality work, but they stand behind their product. Great people to work with, no pressure and always on time.

We dealt with Door Pro via the Costco door program. Sales called me back within one business day and sales person, Dave, showed up when promised. Had a great deal of information and was knowledgeable making several good suggestions on how we might want to approach the project given our particular situation. Explained advantages of all products so we could choose the features that met our needs. The barn was not ready for install at order and I requested that an installation supervisor come look at the framed door openings to make sure we had it and the electric correct so installation would be smooth and correct. They had no problem and came two days before the install to check. We had made an error in framing the inside openings for the door. He pointed out and diagrammed what needed to be corrected without being annoyed or condescending as some contractors tend to be. Very professional. We completed the framing correctly (framing was our responsibility) and his crew was ready to come install. On installation day, I expected them to be there early since four doors is a lot of work. They stated they would be there between 7 am and 5 pm. I called and confirmed the installation around 10 am when they weren't at the site. They had my installation in the system and confirmed one install ahead of me for the crew. A single installer arrived around 2 pm, which seemed late to get the work done, and started work. I expected he might stop and come back again tomorrow but this man worked until after 10 pm to get the job done. He installed 4 oversize doors, 4 openers with rail extension so the doors go up into the ceiling with no part showing and giving the maximum clearance (I paid for rail extensions), wired all the inside controllers to a panel on one side of the barn as requested and two outside key pads. I ordered one opener with battery back up so I can access the barn without power and he installed it in the request bay. He demonstrated the operation and programming. All parts and wires strung neatly and with coils to allow for minor expansion (nice professional touch). End result - Grade A install.Professional from the first phone call to sales to installation. I can be quick to note problems and expect great service for my money. I was extremely happy from end to end. I have one more double garage door that will need replacing and Door Pro will be my first call.

Door Pro America arrived on time and provided a very reasonable proposal. The crew showed up promptly on work day and worked practically non-stop as a team, with each individual doing what he is most experienced in doing. This job was difficult in that there's probably not a square corner or window space in the whole existing room. Yet Door Pro America installed each window perfectly - every one opens easily and as it should. The crew left the job site clean and this client quite satisfied.

Costco had a garage door booth, I scheduled an estimate. Door Pro America came out to do an estimate of 1600 for doors only. Replaced 30 year old rotting wood door, with new, tracks and doors with window. The installer (Roberto) showed up on time and stared working. The installer identified a potential problem with the existing 30 year old motor and placed a call to his boss. Spoke with the Boss and he said the new door opens differently than the old one and we would have to move the motor mounts and most likely they will fail further down the road. They recommended to replace both motors. I was upset the sales rep couldn't identify the issue, but he was sales and not the installer. Wasn't expecting to spend additional money but went ahead replaced the motors. I went with the liftmaster 8550 with MyQ Technology and am happy with the new motors. Motors are quite. I can open, close and monitor the garage doors with the smart phone app. Can configure to receive alerts when door opens and closes. The installer indicated they don't caulk the new trim. When scheduling I recommend to see if they have matching caulk and can install. Spent 1600 for doors with windows 1000 for two motors.

Received an estimate from Door Pro America. Call to make appointment was efficient, handled promptly, and appointment was made to my convenience. Salesperson was thorough, efficient, and personable. Price appeared competitive. Did not follow through with job as we decided to wait.

When I started pursuing estimates, one company offered me a very high estimate for an aluminum door. The representative also did a poor job of "selling" the door, while spending more time trying to schmooze me and become very friendly. The estimate was scribbled on paper with some figures and math problems, etc. It was quite unimpressive for such a great purchase. Some time later, I contacted Door Pro America. The representative was very professional and arrived on time. He had sample door products and was very patient as I sorted through and considered style, color and window panels. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. His price was half of what the hand-scribbled estimate I received by another company.

Called Costco, Estimator came within a few days. Gave us a great price. Scheduled the work. Came on time ( a little late) and did a great job. Showed me how to operate the doors and fix them if any problems arise.

Exceptional. The installation team were courteous, punctual and responsive to each and every question and/or concern. The insulation around windows was particularly noteworthy. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and I mean everything. Jose and his team could not have been better....great job on an old, "used to be" deafty house. Have even noticed the effects of new siding in reducing heat and humidity inside!!!!

Luke, gave me the in home and written quotes of all my options so I could make an informed choice. Jesus, the installer, worked through tornado watches/flash flood warnings to make sure it was done right. I was impressed by the "can do" attitude everyone I encountered at Exterior America, demonstrated in getting my job done. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE THREE TIMES AND STILL HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE JOB. IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP TO MOST APPOINTMENTS WE HAVE SET UP. I KEEP HAVING TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS THREE WEEKS OUT AND THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP.
