 + -1 moreOverall they did a great job with adding the zones. However, in the process my low-voltage lighting stopped working. After many emails and calls, I finally connected with Rebecca in the office. She kept in touch with me while she tried to get someone to come out to fix the lighting. After two trips out to the house and the guys saying they couldn't find the problem, I cancelled the request for them to fix it and had to call in an electrician. He found and fixed the two cuts in the wires within an hour.
Description of Work: The company added two more zones to my sprinkler system.

 + 0 moreThe man who came out was one of the owners and spent almost the entire day supervising and directing crew and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The work was done in a few days, just like we expected and we have no complaints!
Description of Work: We hired them to extensively fix a sprinkler system previously installed, and they also laid some sod and fixed up our yard after a pool was installed.

 + -1 moreOverall, I'm happy with their work, and I'd probably use them again, but I wouldn't get my expectations us as far as scheduling maintenance work. It most likely won't be responsive, if you need something done in a reasonable timeframe.
Description of Work: I had them install an irrigation system three years ago. They did an excellent job, even moving the sprinklers at no charge when our neighbor complained that the sprinklers on one side were slightly over the property line. The system has continued to work well, but at the point where it connects with the outside water, there's a leak in the water box that continually fills, and they've never fixed it. They're also slow in coming to turn on the system in the Spring. We waited several (dry) weeks until they could get to us, because they're located in Gainesville, which isn't close to us. This could have caused problems with our lawn. When they did come out, they found a valve with a problem, but it took weeks to get back to fix it. The representatives have all been professional and pleasant to work with, but their responsiveness has been the issue.

 + -1 moreI have used many services for the fall blowout of my in ground system. I found Blue Ridge by chance. I signed up for the spring turn on and the blowout in the fall. They are courteous and responsive. I like that they check the system and fix whatever needs to be addressed on the spot. The technician also looks at every sprinkler head and makes adjustments for maximum lawn coverage. I feel that the price is right and the service is great!
