Ted Saunders from American Pro-Tech and his cleaning crew are nothing short of awesome. I had (operataive word is had) roof stains and lots of moss/algae on my roof. Given that we live in a heavily treed area of Annandale some of that is expected. Ted and his crew were careful with our plants and trees near the house to ensure that the chemical treatment did not harm the shrubs. They even cleaned the outside of the gutters and the brick chimneys. They left nothing undone or to chance. Plus no power washing of the roof which is a real "no-no". It appears that we have a new roof. He laid everything out about the treatment. Very pleased.

American-Pro Tech gave us a great bid, were very prompt after scheduling their work, and left us with a roof looking nearly new. What a great cleaning service and fine people. We were also happy to employ a military veteran. We'd recommend Ted to anyone.
