The BEST experience I have ever had with a repair! Having our dishwasher repaired was of critical importance because between today and next week (Thanksgiving) we are having lots of guests. So to be without a dishwasher would have added a stress that we really did not want to deal with. Because the problem was one of power our concerns were - a new dishwasher! A control panel! Who knows?! All Appliance Repair was the only company that had someone answered my phone call. And the person who answered was courteous, understanding, and was able to schedule us quickly. Ankur, the owner, was the technician who came. And he quickly assessed the problem. It was a few wires that burned up from overheating and he was able to provide a solution in minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly - empathetic to our situation! I would highly recommend All Appliance Solutions! The BEST!! The tech came out at the appointment time. He quickly looked over the issue and suggested it was an issue with the water filter valve. After consulting with his distributor, he noted this (rather expensive) part was on back order for "at least 4 weeks". When pressed, he did not believe the solution was anything other than this part, as he'd seen it fail on other units. I decided not to have him order the part. A few weeks later, I jury-rigged the water lines around the filter (in ~15 minutes with a simple coupler) to check the water flow independent of the filter. To my surprise, the flow rate was the same as the rate going through the filter. When I called the company back, the tech stood by his original diagnoses but offered to come out and take another look if I paid him another diagnostic fee. He told me the fee could be waived by his manager who failed to call back within 24 hours. While LG repair companies are hard to find, there are enough other companies that I'd rather wait for a higher quality technician than use this company again.

It went very well. The technician knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly.

Dishwasher was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price.

We contacted All Appliance Solutions (APS) who came to our home the next day and repaired it quickly. The technician was very professional and courteous. Prior to our calling APS, we had contacted another appliance repair company whose representative was unable to repair it and recommended we acquire a new oven. We also had an electrician visit us who said it would be difficult o repair the oven because of the way it was wired . APS saw no problem with the wiring and recommended we place the magnetron and capacitor which the repair man had available in his truck. We also had to replace the mica cover plate which we ordered on line to install ourselves. The repair was completed in about an hour. The technician tested it to sure it worked. We are very pleased and will recommend APS as well as use them again if needed.

Very good experience. I called on a Saturday and was surprised they picked up right away. The woman on the phone asked all the right questions so the repair man would have the information he needed before he arrived. He came (on time and called 30 minutes ahead as promised) diagnosed the problem, had the part needed to fix it, and was done in less than an hour (no padding charging for a second service call, like we've experienced with other companies). He also took a few extra minutes to teach me how to do some basic maintenance on the machine to keep it running well. Now my washer works better than in has in years.

I had actually intended to call another local repair service, but somehow called AAS instead. I called on Wednesday, they said they could come Friday between 3 and 5. On Friday, I got a call around noon that the tech was about 30 minutes out (GREAT!). Ankur arrived and was one of the most courteous service technicians I have ever met. He got into the Microwave and found the problem right away. It turned out to be a minor fix, and had the unit running again in no time. The charge for the service was reasonable, and I will be keeping their number in my contacts for any future appliance issues.

Great. quickly diagnosed freezer cooling problem as broken compressor overload relay. replace broken part and cleaned coils.

I would not use this company again and would not recommend them.

Have you ever found a service tech or other tradesperson that was so awesome that you were almost afraid to let everyone else know? Yeah, that would by Ankur, owner of All Appliance Solutions. I have an older built-in refrigerator that is a complete lemon. Replacing it would cost a fortune, so I have had it repaired more times than I can count, using half a dozen different companies over the last 7 years. Ankur is the only reason it is running now. He is an extremely knowledgeable and polite young man and his service is fantastic. His rates are also far more reasonable than the other repair services I have used. He is now my go to guy for all things refrigeration, including AC. To be frank, I am bewildered by a couple of the other reviews here.

He did a really good job.

A year ago these guys came out on a service call and it was fabulous....a year later refrigerator acts up again, I schedule an appointment for Friday 2pm - 5pm window at 4:45pm they call and are on their way. The technician wanted me to describe the problem (which I did when I called the day before) at which point he had me text him a picture of the freezer frost - which I did. He called back and said that there was no purpose to come out since he would need me to defrost my refrigerator before he could assess the problem. I asked why nobody brought this idea up when I made the appt and described the problem. I expressed my annoyance that now I am at the end of the business day on a holiday weekend with a refrigerator that would not cool and an freezer that was icing up. I told him that I would defrost the unit and asked what time they would be out on Saturday and he announced that they could not come out until Monday as they are short staffed! I told them that this was ridiculous and that they were leaving me in a really bad position....he clearly could care less. I really felt that the technician was ready to wrap up his week and just didn't want to do my work on Friday. Very disappointing after a great service experience a year ago. They have lost this customer!

I called at 4:00 on Friday and was able to get a 9:00 a.m. appointment on Saturday. I received a call notifying me that the technician was on the way, and he arrived as scheduled. He made the diagnosis that the heating element was bad and replaced it. He also advised me on my decision to purchase a new washer and dryer in the future (e.g., what brands typically are reliable and easy to obtain parts for repair). Very pleased with the service.

These guys are awesome! They checked my microwave in my old house for proper ventilation (home inspector had a question about proper ventilation during the sale of our home). They were professional, very courteous, very knowledgable. Took them about 10 minutes to figure out the microwave was vented into the room and explained in detail how it was ventilated. Clearly documented everything for the home inspector. Second service call was for a broken washing machine (movers broke it). Attempted to fix the machine, but in the end it was not repairable. Clearly explained what the problem was and that it was probably damaged during the move. Clearly documented everything on the receipt to help me in my claim with the movers. Only charged $50 for the service call - said they don't charge for parts since they were unable to fix the machine (BTW, they came twice to attempt to fix the machine). I am definitely using these guys again! Super nice, friendly, professional, courteous, will do same day service calls. You have a customer for life! Thanks, guys!

They were unable to do the repair because it was an electrical issue. He was late for the appointment.

They tried to SCAM me with costly, unnecessary repairs for my dryer. Two services guys came out for a one man job. They both spoke English very well but would only speak Hindi (or other language of India) with each other in front of me. It felt very rude. Without doing any actual tests on my dryer, one guy told me that the problem was my heating element. He stuck his head into my dryer as it was running and said, “I can’t see the red light in the back. You have a bad heating element.” This was total BS. I later read up on heating elements and there is no way what he said was true. When I later called him and confronted him on the absurdity of what he said. He replied, “well, there is only so many things that can go wrong with a dryer. It’s probably the heating element.” This guy wanted to charge me $250 to fix something that wasn’t broken. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.
