Professional Pool Repairs

I believe that if these guys had any idea what they were getting themselves into, they may have walked away from this project. Luckily for us, they stuck with it and our pool is now beautiful and ready for many more years of enjoyment. Things that went well: Mike kept us fully informed about progress as they went along, and thought creatively about issues as they came up. Things that didn’t work as planned: None of us were quite prepared for the extent of the damage to the original surface. This halted progress for a while when specialized concrete “staples” had to be ordered and installed. Another problem was some confusion about the waterline tiles. The guys had started applying them before we noticed that they were the wrong tiles. Then they had to wait for us to decide if they should continue with the tiles they had or start over with the tiles we originally chose. They were very accommodating when we decided to stick with our original choice. All in all, I’m glad we don’t have to do this again for many years, and I think they are glad, too. But the pool is beautiful! Thanks for your weeks of very hard work, Mike.
