It was very refreshing to work with a family-owned company where pride is taken not only with the product and quality of workmanship but with excellent customer service as well.

Aaron and Matt were very courteous, professional and very communicative. The install was done in one day (7 plantation shutters). I was kept informed at every stage. They came on time when promised. They were so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Valley to anyone. LOVE MY NEW SHUTTERS!

I got plantation shutters installed by Valley. Could not be happier with the product â my house seriously feels like a new house. 13 window shutters were installed in 3 hours. Price was excellentâ ¦ highly, highly recommend Valley Shade for any window treatment job you need.

I had a GREAT experience with Valley Shade and Shutter. They really know what they're doing. They take the shade out of shady business and provide you with honest, high quality service and are much easier to contact and schedule with than other companies. I had some shutters installed last year with another company and I wanted to get more shutters this year and was surprised to find they had jacked up their prices (this was not a price increase due to inflation or increased quality of shutter material, this was an astronomical price for the same exact shutters I'd gotten the year before). I was furious. Luckily I discovered Valley Shade and they were able to install shutters that matched the ones the other company had for a MUCH MORE reasonable price. And actually, Valley's shutters were much better quality and installed better. I was amazed. I cannot recommend them enough!

Valley Shade & Shutter blew me away at every step of the process. They reached out same day when I requested a quote. Their quote was cheaper than everyone elseâ s by hundreds of dollars. They were the only ones to offer known, high quality brands I knew. Aaronâ s sales approach was refreshing- the price was the price and it didnâ t matter if I booked the day he gave me the quote or later, no pressure. Heâ s very knowledgeable about the products and gave smart recommendations for my windows. This would all be amazing enough, but the final piece. My product came in faster than expected and he installed within two days and in under an hour. Had I knew the process could be this easy, Iâ d have updated my blinds/shades years ago. Especially knowing how much they brighten up my rooms!! I will definitely use Valley Shade again!

Aaron was very helpful in identifying options as we were installing shades in a new house, so budget was a factor. He researched other brands to match our color selections and presented those for us to compare and was able to get a discount even though we were mixing different manufacturer products. He was always on time and let us informed of the status of our order. I was also impressed that he contacted us even on weekends if we had questions. And, he donned his mask before even stepping on our front porch. Highly recommend. No wonder heâ s been in business so long.

Very friendly, yet professional. One shutter was damaged during transit. Matt installed it, but immediately ordered a replacement. Very transparent! Good overall experience.

Great job installing 2 sets of plantation shutters. Window seat which was a problem area now looks great. Same guy who come out for estimate was the same guy who came to install them.

Aaron worked with my wife in a very professional manner - no hard sale, ensured she understood what he was recommending and why. During the install she corrected him to ensure she was happy with the result. Aaron made the corrections without grievance. He and his team are a joy to work with. They explain their product, their warranty support, and educate along the way. Their prices are very reasonable (we compared to a couple of places). They are quick to respond to questions and queries. Highly recommended (and yes, we will buy from Valley Shade and Shutter again).
