+ -1 moreToby did an excellent job on my remodel. I have a historic home so there were a lot of additional details that needed to occur and Toby was always on top of it. His subs were nice, professional and detail oriented. He worked on my house about 3 years ago and I still have not had an issue. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Description of Work: Toby remodeled 2 bathrooms, extended the house, raised the roof, added an office and added wood flooring throughout the house.

Description of Work: Toby has worked for us three times in two different homes. He remodeled two bathrooms, put in a beautiful outdoor patio kitchen with amenities, complete with a fireplace and seating, and lastly, gave us a great room, giving us more living space in our new home.

+ -1 moreThe work was done quickly and professionally. Some changes needed to be made to the existing granite counter and Toby coordinated getting that done for me too. The end result was everything I hoped it would be. It was a pleasure working with TnT construction.
Description of Work: A basement bar modified and moved. Faucet added Plumbing for the faucet installed Electrical outlet moved Finish work included chair rail and moulding as well as caulking.

All of the work was done in less than a week, which was much shorter than some of the other estimates we'd been given. Toby was very good about keeping us informed about progress throughout the construction and cleanup.

+ -1 moreToby and TNT construction did an excellent job. I hired Toby over two other bids for the job. Toby's experience, knowledge and honsety is what made me go with TNT for this job. We had challenges to overcome with meeting construction deadlines for the bank, Home Owners Association with construction details and dealing with permits. Toby problem solved and handled everything professionally (above and beyond what I would have expected). Toby's approach to people and knowledge of construction is how these challenges were met.
Description of Work: Toby and TNT construction. Build the interior of a commercial unit for Therapy Clinic. The Square footage was 1800 square feet. Work done included Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, wall construction, Kitchen, and two bathrooms.

+ 2 moreBecause we did the work in stages the duration was quite lengthy but the city permitting process was by far the longest pole. We are very happy with the work that Toby did. At the time Toby left the job site we hadn't fully remodeled the kitchen. We deliberately waited to take advantage of newer appliances etc that were to be announced. We are ready to finish our kitchen now and have essentially pleaded with him to return to continue the good work.
Description of Work: Toby and his team at TnTs Construction stepped in after our home was destroyed by a rainstorm as a result of a roofing contractor not tarping the roof. We decided to essentially gut the entire inside of our home - replace floors, walls ceilings - fireplace - entirely redo electrical etc. Virtually an entire remodel. During the process we found him to be honorable, reliable and able to meet the quality of work we wanted. As a result he ended up building an entire outdoor kitchen area with 30 linear ft of concrete finished counter, large industrial grade barbecue, multiple burners and fireplace etc. In addition he also did all the pedestal paving around our pool and all the decking. The job included retaining walls integrated in existing rocks and numerous planters.
